Really enjoyed this place! The gyoza was great and the shrimp ramen and chicken ramen were both good. If there was one thing I would change it was that the chicken was a little dry.
Service was fast and friendly. It's a tiny restaurant but we were in and out pretty quickly.
This place is a nice experience with delicious ramen. Had the pork belly ramen spicy with extra noodles and it was fantastic. Flavors were amazing! Nice piano jazz playing and very attentive staff. Thank you for being here!!!
When I went in the place was full. People quickly rotated out and they got us seated. It stayed busy. I felt like that was a sign it was good. And it was even better than I expected! It was all so flavorful and rich. I have never been one to drink soup broth, but I left none of this behind.
The Tonkotsu Ramen was absolutely delicious so was all the appetizers we got it did not disappoint!! We loved it!!
Amazing every time I go! Finally got a chance to try their white chocolate brûlée AND IT DIDNT MISS! Spicy Miso with pork belly is a must! Love the atmosphere and service! Thank you Aji Ramen! ❤️

Aji Ramen Bar is a great place for appetizers. The pork buns and takoyaki are both delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The broth for the ramen is savory and rich, but the egg is not marinated in soy sauce and it is hard boiled instead of soft boiled. This is the only downside, but overall the experience was great.
Wonderful restaurant! Service is fast, friendly, and attentive. This place I would recommend 10 out of 10 times to anyone who likes the cuisine. My only less than positive assessment of Aji Ramen is the lighting within the restaurant and the difficult to distinguish store front. Although I enjoy how dim the lighting inside the place is kept, some potential patrons may find this not to their liking. The food here is always delicious and after trying half the menu I've still not found a single thing to dislike. A must try location in the Little Rock area!
