It will do if you want a cheaper hotel 30 min drive to universal. Spacious rooms and bathroom, very friendly front desk and maintenance men. Comfy beds and pillows. We enjoyed the view of the planes taking off. ||The room however had no microwave, fridge or coffee maker and in my cheapest motel travels those are always included. Their continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Gross looking pastries, and an empty coffee caraf at 730am. ||Their jacuzzi is also closed until 2025 with no mention of that on the website. The pool is nice. But every single chair is worn and had what is very close to being holes in them. So it was roulette if I was going to fall through them!||So it's good for a short cheap stay. But don't expect much.

Genuinely a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating right from the start. They made checking in a breeze and were always there to help with anything I needed. Made us laugh and feel comfortable instantly. The rooms? Wow! They were really clean and spacious—definitely a nice surprise. A/C was nice and cold and TV shows/movie selections are robust. After a long day, it was great to have such a comfy and safe place to chill out. Great relaxing pool area with string lights and lots of patio seating, nestled right next to the Van Nuys airport! The plane noise isn’t terrible during nighttime and honestly we found it charming and fun. Rooms have solid insulation so the noise is manageable if you care. Overall, if you’re looking for a solid place to stay, Airtel Plaza Hotel is the way to go. They’re currently remodeling and have tons of awesome stuff to come. They totally deserve five stars. If I’m ever in the area again, this will be the place I stay. Thanks guys!

Place is a dump, sorry. The staff are wonderful but nothing else is a positive. Breakfast are only super strong coffee and stale pastries. Rooms are dark and dingy. Clean maybe but i cant look past everything else. Pool area and lobby are gross too. Cant believe the price is almost the same with holiday inn express. The place is just depressing. We almost walk out and say the hell with what we paid for.

This place was not clean and the service was lacking. It felt dark, dingy, and not secure (as anyone could enter from an unlocked side door). The real cherry on top was finding a roach in our room , the staff said they’d file a report and call me back but didn’t ask my room number or phone number lol. I’ll stick with Hyatt and Marriott thank you kindly ❤️. By the way the service is a 2 because the front desk was terrible but housekeeping was accommodating.

We used this hotel for a 3-day getaway in Los Angeles. The hotel is well located in Van Nuys and not too far away from the major attractions that LA has to offer. Of course, if you decide to start your day at 11:00 AM, you are going to run into traffic, but if you start early to get there as attractions open you will be fine. The hotel offers a lot of value cost wise. The rooms are spacious, they have plenty of storage area and the parking is adequate. Like everything in life you get what you pay for and this hotel is a great choice if you're only looking for a bed to sleep while you do other things in the area.

No fridge coffee maker or microwave in rooms! Even the worst motels have these sp very disappointing. The free "breakfast" consists of pastries that look so gross they got untouched. A caraf of coffee. No tea. Nothing else. We stayed here 3 nights as it was a more affordable hotel 30 min drive to universal studios. That said the pool was good, the rooms were spacious especially the bath area. Staff very nice. Would not stay again.

Sufficient but nothing more. Room is clean and with space, but there is no boiler for coffee and no refrigerator. Instead of continental breakfast as specified in the booking, only small pastries and coffee were available at reception. Overall some maintenance is needed. Pool is nice

I stayed here for several days, the staff was friendly and my room was kept clean by housekeeping. The free WiFi always connected quickly.||Everything was going smoothly and I thought that this was going to be a 4 star but something happened the morning before I checked out that made me drop the rating by one star.||On the 21st of July I had to get up at 6:00 am, I had a lot of work to do and didn't get back to the hotel till 11:00 pm. I was dead tired and got to bed at midnight and was looking forward to a good sleep. At 6:00 am I was awaken by the soothing sound of a leaf blower that sounded like it was right outside my window. Really? Someone thought that this was a good idea? After some time the noise stopped and I drifted back to sleep.||At 7:30 am guess who was back for round two? If you guess Mr. Leaf Blower you would be correct!
