Airport lodge - Motel in Wichita - 9027 W Kellogg Dr, USA

Staff was rude and hateful save the one guy in the back. Kept telling us we didn't belong there, some random guy was walking around and they said he was with us instead of calling police. Never ever go to this place. We checked out early and went to a best Western.

My husband stayed there (FOR THE FIRST TIME) last night and when he brought the bed bugs and FILTHY room to their attention they told him they weren't bed bugs and that he always causes problems when he comes there and refused to rectify the situation in any way. If they had been nice and even TRIED to be accommodating it would be different but they instead were very rude and disrespectful. ZERO chance of us ever using this hotel again. I only put 1 star bc it wouldn't let me post this without. They deserve ZERO.

This place is a dump bugs crawling in the room from the cracks around the door. Beside that the service is badd, I do asphalt paving and when I get off I have to shower everyday and they don’t won’t to supply towels. The guy said we only get towels twice a week. And it’s no room service so I advise anyone not to stay there

Look, y'all, this is a standard, basic, no extras room. It was moderately clean, and the bedding was nice. The star of this room was the huge, retro bathroom! Great shower pressure, too! Great motel for your money. Very nice staff. Polite and accommodating. Room is pretty small, but very cozy. Perfect for my date night with hubby!

No frills - clean room, clean bed, clean bath. Desk clerk was very friendly. We checked in quickly. They told us at check-in that they had been full the night before and the room had been cleaned but the towels may not have been replaced yet and we should call if we needed them. We had to ask for towels and they were delivered quickly with follow-up to make sure they had arrived. We appreciated that the room had no carpeting - vinyl plank throughout. TV and fridge worked great. SHOWER WAS AWESOME. Literally the first decent hotel shower I've taken in two years, not matter what type of property I stayed at. Water was hot and came out of the shower head in a nice, strong stream.

Rooms were infested with bed bugs took live bed bug to office and they blamed us refused to refund our money. Owners are rude disrespectful angry people. The most hateful people I've ever encountered. Hope the health department shuts them down for their bed bug infestation.

i i had the very unfortunate luck of having to stay at this raggedy rundown cesspool. My wife and I were in town for a concert and having limited funds felt this was or best option. How wrong we were. This place is a absolute dump. The room was filthy beyond. Crusty dried on food in microwave. Fridge was the same very dirty. The bathroom had black mold on the baseboards and the shower was so filthy it was unsafe to use. Wife found a dirty sock behind the toilet. The black mold made us both sick. Dead crickets lying on the floor. Cobwebs in the windows. The site claims to have someone at the desk 24 hours. THEY DO NOT. We discovered this after returning for snacks and drinks to find we had issues with the crappy heating system in the room. Went to the office and door was locked and no one answered when I knocked. The WIFI was pretty bad. Junked car sitting on blocks in parking lot almost gutted. And what I assumed to be illicit activity going on in one room late at night. Person renting it had a lot of late night guest.. My wife showed the manager pictures of the room the next day and he denied everything. Said if we had a problem we should of called the number he gave us. He never did give us a number to call. They flatly refused us any kind of refund and the owners mother made a hateful racist comment to us and threaten to call the police if we did not leave.. We left and they locked the office door behind us so they did not get there room key back. Yes a actual key to the room. Bottom line. AVOID THIS PLACE. AT ALL COST.

Rooms were small but clean. Water pressure and temperature was great. Staff were either friendly and helpful or sour and difficult. Took three days to get the correct wifi password because the front desk man spoke little English and had the wrong information. Very inexpensive though. And very clean
