Airport Inn Budget Motel - Motel in Fayetteville - 2701 Gillespie St, USA

Rooms were dirty and disgusting. Management was not polite or courteous. I will not stay at this place ever again.

I got a room here for two nights and I saw roaches my whole entire stay & when I brought it to their attention at the front desk their response was”we already know” I woke up this morning and a roach was on my arm. This is very disgusting

Payed 60 dollars for a room tonight, that has no working tv not to mention I went to the front desk multiple times and they were rude but came to try to fix. The last time he looked at me and said the cable must be out and there's no technician to call and fix it. So I asked the man if I can get some of my money back or change the room with my 2 children which the youngest was already asleep but he told me " no if you have a problem you can check out" Then, as he left I shut the door went to pull my blanket back on my bed and found a large bed bug I saw crawling across my sheet I then pulled my comforter back more and I found multiple and the bottom of the bed.please don't stay here and waste your money. Sincerely, a concerned community citizen.

Toilets in rooms were backing up coming out of drains, In my case it was coming out of the donut gasket around the toilet. Anyway it leaked into the room and ruined my clothes. I said ok just discount next time and they agreed. However next time around they refused. I spent a lot of money at that place when I came into town. Not any more. I don't recommend anyone stay. If they don't care about their loyal customers what do you think they'll think of you?

My husband was hit by a car in front of their hotel on Friday. We stayed in room 109. Saturday at about 5pm I finally made it back there after his surgery and they packed and gave away our room. I'm stuck at the hospital and trying to call is a waste. They never pick up. The owner is a mean man. Don't trust them. They'll steal your belongings!

The staff was nice and the rooms were tiddy. For the price u can't beat it. Especially compared to other motels in the same area for the same price. Had the best night sleep in a longg time.

Don't waste your time and money. I went here to rent a room for a week. Was told I could only rent for one or two days. So I rent the room. After the on the saybi was to check out, the owner comes to mt door at exactly 11am beating on the door. I open the door and try to hand him my bank card to rent for one more day but I was met with him screaming "get out! Asked could I rent one more day and he continues to yell get out. I qas tired and working long hours but I got my things and left. My question is, if I had checked out and wanted to rent again, would that be any different than not leaving and just paying for another night? I was treated like a Crack head or one of the drug pushers thats always there.

The staff was rude, pillows liked have been washed,there where flat,we had to go buy pillows so we could get some type of sleep,this place once was a good place, when the lady run it but now it's a not so good,at least one thing no bed bugs was found and I looked.
