A++++++++ Niko and Jose did an excellent job this past Wednesday with my air duct cleaning, tune up, and nest thermostat installation. I don't typically write reviews, but think that Aire Serve deserves the praise. I have now done my air conditioner and furnace replacement, tune ups, air duct cleaning, and smart thermostat installation through them, and have been pleased every step of the way. I am also not typically loyal to a company unless they've earned it, which Aire Serve definitely has. No matter who you talk to whether it be the owner, the technicians, or the receptionist, everyone is professional, honest, on time, and explains everything in a very easy to understand manner. I will continue using Aire Serve in the future and suggest you do the same.

Doug and team are a great group of guys to work with! Installed a new furnace and AC. From start to finish was excellent. Communication was excellent. We had an issue later we thought was with our furnace when it wouldn't kick back on. Technician was out here quickly only to determine, it was actually in my circuit breaker box! (Nothing to do with their work) I will recommend Doug and team to any friends or family looking for any work to be done! Thank you so much again for your time, and excellent work!

Although unfortunate our AC went out the hottest week of the year, I was very fortunate to find Doug and his team. From quoting to install the process was easy and convenient. Ian was awesome. He showed up early (15 minutes) to help with my work schedule. Ian did furnace tune-up and was very detailed about the work he was performing. He set the Nest thermostat and patiently explained the details (for a non tech savvy person like me). He also suggested future maintenance work. Very thorough, highly professional. Strongly recommended.

Another great experience with Aire Serv today. Always very friendly and knowledgeable, easy to schedule too. Ian was a very detailed and thorough technician, and took care going through all of the work that was completed along with recommendations for efficiency and cost savings.

Our furnace failed just as the temperature was dipping into the negative teens. How did we know? Carbon monoxide alarm! Within an hour of our 911 call and a thorough inspection by Western Lakes Fire department, Doug Schmidt arrived (on a Sunday morning, no less!), had our problem diagnosed, made a recommendation, and personally installed our new furnace by noon the next day. Because of his timely response and expertise, we were able to stay in our home (although it did get pretty chilly for a minute) and are now toasty warm with a MUCH quieter furnace and no worries about CO poisoning! Absolutely love this company. The owner Doug came out on a 24hr emergency call from us and was super quick and responsive to help us out. In the end our a/c unit needed to be replaced. They sent a team of great guys to our home days later to perform the work. Steve, Ian, and John were super professional and respectful to our home with us having a toddler and new born. The crew and company did absolutely amazing work, and I would happily highly recommend them!
