Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Very polite. He said that he had never seen a hot water heater so corroded. It was sparking and almost started my trailer on fire. I’m lucky I didn’t lose my life.

Our installation proved to be more difficult than anticipated, but their technicians were up to the challenge and got the job done professionally and timely. They all worked well together and were very pleasant with us as well.

Response to below comment since I have called multiple times to resolve this and have yet to receive a call back (but they could write that entire response?) At no point was I informed about the “multiple leaks” and they knew the house was empty/I was living out of state. BOTH times I called to have the leak looked at it was coming from the same place and provided photos. When I spoke to two different techs I was told the rusted bottom was normal for the make and model of boiler I had. You would think a proactive and preventative approach would make more sense than racking up charges for customers. Lastly, the boiler had been cleaned the year before by another company. Hired Aire Serv Lewiston to clean and inspect my boiler, they did so and provided a list of repairs that needed to be done. I complied and had them replace the parts. Shortly after the repair the boiler began to leak. They sent a team member over to evaluate and I was told there was a loose screw that was replaced. The house was vacant at the time so the next time someone went over they realized it was leaking and I called them back. This time they magically found the entire bottom of the boiler had rotted. After paying almost 1k to them for parts and labor that had the audacity to charge me for them going back to find out it was rotted. Should have been caught during the inspection/tune-up. They then quoted me a boiler replacement that was 5k more than what I paid for a better boiler with install. Don't trust them.

Simple outstanding. Splitter on the hottest day of year decided to pour water into the house. Called at 9 am. By 11 am tech was there. Fixed issue. Clogged and dirty. Unit needed cleaning. He clearly explained everything going on. Person I spoke to on phone clearly explained upfront cost payment. Highly recommended.

Great company with great customer service. They’ve responded to two emergencies for me (furnace died and hot water heater). In both instances, they went above and beyond to help get me running again. Great employees for sure. Very thankful for them!

I understand business cost but when you're a customer for 5 years and have had heating pumps and furnace work done every year then have a problem with a oil pump on your furnace and are told by the office that they can work out a payment for you if there is a problem, only to have them come out and try and charge you $568 for a $100 part and then tell you they will only bill you and if the work is done now and they can add the $125 service charge on top of the repair cost......THATS REDICOLOUS. The part cost $109.00 online so you tell me who's getting screwed? I had to pay more for the service call that I was never told would cost me then the actual part. Goodbye Tony! By the way, get your vans registered and inspected. its 2024 not 2023.

AIRESERV : Mr Bisson is definitely a credit to this company. His ability, knowledge, and repair performance are outstanding! He out performed eight other men who tried and failed to repair our gas burner, and did this in a timely manner. Thank you Dustin!

Called Dead River and because I wasn’t a current customer they wouldn’t help me. Remembered my neighbor uses Aire Serv and called them. They sent Dalton to my house within an hour or so on Labor Day and he got my furnace back up and running. Less than 2 hours from the initial phone call to completed repairs was a huge relief.
