For the price and location walking distance to the board walk, it was well worth the stay on a budget. I always wipe down my rooms with Lysol wipes it was pretty clean. It’s an older hotel it looks like they are fixing up as they can. The hotel owner I believe greeted us at check in was a very nice gentleman. He was even cleaning the hallways and helping all the guest. He heard that we were there for my boyfriend‘s birthday and he got us a cake for free. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. This hotel was very clean but older, but the staff made us feel so welcome and the hospitality was amazing, if you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable when it comes to a budget close to the boardwalk and beach and has a pool. This is your place. It is not a five star hotel by any means, but in all the places I have stayed they rank in the top five with hospitality and cleanliness. Keep in mind it is an older hotel and looks like they are making upgrades as they can.

We had a good experience. The pool was nice, location was nice, the only downsides were limited soap and wash cloths. We didn’t receive room service even though we only stayed two nights which could be a possible reason to that. The staff was respectful. My only suggestions to people staying here are to bring wash clothes, maybe extra towels , and soap or make sure to ask for them if you know you’re going to need them. Otherwise it’s a good location from the boardwalk and includes parking with your stay.

Positive: The hotel is close to the boardwalk and beach. The pool, room and grounds were very clean. We stayed 8/9 -8/11/24 in suite 101 which is a three bed suite. It was very large and was perfect for my family. The staff is great and really cares about your stay Negative: ""

Stayed one night on our New Jersey New York tour and it was perfect for the price and location. It’s a 7 minute walk to the Boardwalk and even closer to other restaurants and bars. I suggest hooks very beachy vibes. Room was what you’d expect for a hotel next to the beach. Tile floor a/c and queen sized bed. Owner was extremely accommodating and was even helping guests with their bag. Pool is mid sized and right outside the front office. Hotel was pet friendly and only charged $50 for pet fee. Overall room was $100 quaint and pleasant and would book again.

Perfect place to sleep! It was CLEAN! Only 2 blocks from the BOARDWALK. Outdoor pool area with grills. Room had microwave and mini fridge. GREAT PRICE! Definitely will be back!

This place is fine for an overnight stay maybe 2. Room and bathroom were clean, but the rugs in the halls desperately need to be taken out. The beds aren't the most comfortable, you may want to bring your own blankets. The AC works super well so you won't be hot.

The hotel is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to stay with our dog which was super convenient. The staff was amazing- extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel for any couple looking to stay the night near the boardwalk.

From the minute we got there, they were all so helpful and kind. The room was what you pay for, the bathroom had a shower and nice tub, even a flat screen tv. The pool was amazing, and very clean! Not only was the owner so very kind, but even when we checked out; he let us park are car there whole day!! Highly recommend, and will be returning!!!
