We had a heating emergency over the weekend, Air-tech had an emergency line and someone to come out and look at our unit. He was able to fix it immediately and we thankfully didn’t have to go without heat for the weekend! Also, great prices- for after hours service, they are worth it!! Definitely recommend!
Air-Tech misdiagnosed a problem with my two year old system that they installed in a new build home, which was very obvious once the heat pump was opened up. Tried to sell me on installing a new compressor when all the system needed was for the burnt wire that was installed improperly to be fixed. I tried informing their office of this via email and they will not respond to me.
I had a very good first experience with this service tech. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained all his services as he was preforming them. And actually spent over an hour going through all his procedures, which was very unlike the 15 or 20 minute spent by my last hvac service provider. I highly recommend him and Air Tech.
Company installed brand new system in my brand new home. Have had multiple breakdowns that they did "fix" but frustrating that they system keeps having issues. Now they will no longer service our area. Forced to find new company for a system that still keeps breaking down.
If I could give a higher rating I certainly would! Air-Tech is who put our system in and who we have had service it for 12 years. They are ALWAYS responsive, respectable, courteous and professional. I am so thankful they sent Christian out today to help us (again!). Thank you for always being here for us Air-Tech!
Excellent service throughout the entire experience. I received a call ahead of time letting me know when my technician would be arriving. They were on time, friendly, courteous, and professional. Their assessment was thorough and the results and recommendations were explained clearly.
The technician and assistant that came to my house today were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they get my AC unit back and running, they set-up future troubleshooting methods to expedite and issues I might have. Great service and communication.
My heater stopped working in sun freezing weather and Air Tech was able to send a technician out on the same day I called and had it fixed in less than two hours.
Kevin was super helpful and did excellent work. The price was for parts and labor was very reasonable.
