HIGHLY recommend this place for any repair you need. The atmosphere is super comfortable and relaxed with free coffee, a couple of couches to sit on (with pillows!) , and even a TV to watch while you wait for your repair! Might break my phone again just to come back, but don't want to ruin the grade A work that he put into it. 😆

I've had a bluescreen/crashing issue since I built my computer about 12 months ago, I've tried a bunch of things to resolve it with no luck. I brought my PC to Ash at AI Tech Solutions and he diagnosed it quickly, was incredibly easy to deal with, and his pricing was very fair. Could not recommend him more and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone I know there.
After looking through some reviews, I decided to take my phone in to AI Tech Solutions. I could not agree more with the efficiency and superior quality of client care provided by all staff!! I was helped primarily by Ashwin, who was knowledgeable, personable and transparent with repair time, cost and options! You can definitely feel the business’s priority on creating an inviting, family atmosphere through their client interactions. The store itself was also extremely well kept - clean, open, comfortable seating, and coffee to sip on while you wait. Took my work computer in to have harddrive and RAM upgraded. They knew how important it was I get my computer back with a quick turnaround and was able to do the service in 2 hours with a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back with any future computer needs!
Very friendly and straightforward staff. They quickly fixed my phone screen, and even had a screen protector on hand, that he also installed for me. Also, cleaned my charge port and speakers and the phone is as good as the day I bought it- most importantly, got everything done within my lunch break!!! Extraordinarily fair pricing for the ft wayne area. The best store I’ve been to in a long time for tech repair, recommend this store to everyone!
