AGAVE BLUE TEQUILA & TACO BAR - Mexican restaurant in Prairieville - 17097 Airline Hwy, USA

Went to Agave and had a great experience. Service was great, was greated at the door, and sat right away. Vibe had more of a modernistic industrial approach, while maintaining the Mexican restaurant vibe. Booth seating and table seating, TVs all around for sports, and also has a bar to sit and have a drink. The place was clean, and the food was really good. If it's your first time here, I recommend you trying out the tacos, the variety seems to be full of flavor!

A friend and I stopped in for Happy Hour. It was a beautiful day so we decided to sit on the patio. We had appetizers and margaritas. Our server was friendly and very attentive.

Food was good but service was a joke. They would be better off having counter service because I watched severs play on the phones , sitting down eating and ignoring their tables including mine. I know serving is a tough job but these kids weren’t even trying. I always tip 18-25% and if they really do well I’ll tip 30-35% but this was bad service and there are plenty of other Mexican restaurants around. The food and Busser were great but the service was so bad by the server it’ll be a long time until I go back and it doesn’t seem like management or the owners care and that’s disappointing

Got tacos and queso to fill a craving, and picked up some street corn too cuz why not. Doordashed it over. Everything was pretty tasty, I'm looking forward to checking it out in person.

Ordered the birria tacos. Very disappointing because we didn’t get the broth for the tacos. So they were basically just $16 shredded beef quesadillas that we could have gotten anywhere.

First timer. Taco salad with steak was very good and the menu has some unique items and a brunch menu that’s available on weekdays too. Service was great and atmosphere was nice and modern.

The service was great. I found the music too loud to have a comfortable conversation with the people at my table. The chips, salsa, and taco I ordered were good, but the tamale was very disappointing. It was a doughy concoction with some beef in it, basically tasteless and no sauce.

One of my wife's favorite places to eat. The food is always good. The service is great.
