They put up fliers for training and education in Los Angeles. They help out with personal supplies. They clean the place every day. There’s a 24 hour gym and music/gaming studio. There are cameras in the common areas to prevent theft. They foster a sense of community. I love this place. Truly amazing living here allowing me to save money by paying low rent all while pursuing my dreams In Los Angeles. Don’t even second guess it it’s the best value you’ll find in this city. Since I’ve been in los Angeles, California when i found Affordable SoCal living it has been affordable for the price that beats all others places around. I’ve met looks of nice people, seeing others working on goals and even myself setting future goals. Very clean, through the house and property is very Secure with lots of cameras from the entrance to the doorway and through out the house. Management has been very awesomely whenever there is a problem sending a text or email getting a response the same day and the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend this place for a fresh new start and living affordable in California.

I have lived here for 2 and a half years. The house has continued to improve the entire time I have lived here. Perfect location if you use public transportation. The outdoor living space is great if your coming from an apartment and like to enjoy SoCal weather. The house has a great atmosphere and the fitness center has everything you need to stay physically fit. No need to pay for a gym membership.

Loved my stay at Affordable SoCal Living! Great co-living/shared living option in DTLA. Clean, safe space with friendly roommates & helpful management. Plus, an in-house recording studio & fitness center! Won't find a more affordable & friendly place to live in LA.

I've never witnessed such a dedicated group of individuals putting in so much hard work and effort. Los Angeles can be a whirlwind of chaos, but amidst it all, this community stands as an oasis of sanity. The shared living space, with its affordable rent, offers a clean and safe environment that feels like a sanctuary in the midst of the city's hustle and bustle. There's always room for rent, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie that feels like home away from home. By simply treating others with respect and maturity, this place transforms into a haven of new experiences and friendships. Undoubtedly, the managers here deserve far more recognition and appreciation than they currently receive.
