I took my laptop in to get the screen replaced. The gentleman here is super professional, very honest, excellent customer service and price and I highly recommend to anyone who needs a screen replacement! He takes the time to take off the part in front of you, retrieve the part number for your computer screen repair and orders it all done before you ever leave the store! Has a local vendor company here in NC that he uses and is upfront and honest with you about everything! He’s extremely trustworthy, doesn’t try to price gouge you for the job and is an excellent person to go to. I’ve never left any computer repair place before with a knowing feeling of not being up charged, nor would any other place inform me and let me see what their vendor charges for my part. I’ve always had to take their word. This gentleman was a complete difference! He took the screen off in front of me, and even took the time to show me what his vendor charges for the replacement part for my laptop! I will never go to anyone else! You cannot beat this type of honesty, communication and customer service and no 2 week wait to get my laptop back! I highly recommend!!!

10 out of 10. I am so glad I went here. This man has many years of computer knowledge, and skills, and shared all the details and advice needed. He helped with my daughter's computer issues and kept us updated on what's next. I would recommend this place and will use him again if needed. The fix was a great value and I was extremely happy. Totally trustworthy! His wife is also very kind and friendly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I love places that make you feel at home and comfortable. Wish I could give 10 stars.

After my laptop wouldn't boot, I tried to troubleshoot it with both HP and Microsoft customer support but had no luck. I brought it in here, and he was able to fix my issue quickly and for a very fair price. I highly recommend this place.

The experts here was amazing! I spilled an entire glass of water on my laptop on a Saturday night and called Geek Squad on Sunday where they told me the motherboard was probably destroyed and I should just buy another laptop because of the expense in replacing the motherboard. I called Affordable Computers on Monday and they had me bring the computer right in and I picked it up the next day completely repaired. They blew the rest of the water out and made complete repairs without losing any content I had on my computer. I strongly recommend Affordable Computers!

I have been taking my computers to Affordable Computers since 2010 and I have always been satisfied with both their work and prices. They have worked on our 6 laptops and 4 desktops for us during this time. During my last encounter with them, I took my HP desktop into them because I got the Blue Screen of Death and i thought I was doomed to loose all my data, but thankfully they were able to save all my data, install a new hard drive, installed Windows 10, and got it done within the promised time frame (actually a couple days early). The one time I took my pc to a big box store for repair they wiped my drive unnecessarily and without my consent. I will never do that again. The staff of Affordable Computers have always been patient and communicative allowing me to explain my issues and contacting me if/when something turned up different from what we discussed. So long as Affordable Computers is there, they have will have my business.

Wonderful service. All I needed was HDD screws and they let me search through a bowl of screws for free. Very friendly.

This computer repair team is very professional. They will tell you how it is and get you satisfied with their hard work. They are top of the line they helped me retrieve all my info of my computer.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! If there is less than zero rating, I will give it to them. The Manager " in the process of LOOKING at your laptop" will break something or not position things correctly inside. You go home to find out that your (little bit slow laptop is not even turning-on !!!), so you go back forced to take everything (folders) out from the hard-drive, and at the very end they fiddle with the laptop and BOOOM it is "SURPRISINGLY" working again ....then they charge you a big fee for something wasn't broken to begin with. They won't admit it and will charge you for their own (ON PURPOSE) mistake! Keep your unbroken equipment unbroken...and keep your money in your pocket.
