Ninjas for a couple of months, but they have already impressed us with their expertise in making a major upgrade to our software system, as well as getting a number of other technical issues resolved for us. I called and spoke with receptionist, she promised the owner, Ben, would call me on Thursday or Friday to discuss what they could do for our business. I never received a call, I called back on Monday and was told by the receptionist she was sorry, that she knows I was on his calendar. She would make sure he called me. I have never received a call.

I have been using Affinity through the life cycle of my last two family laptops, about 6-8 years. I was originally referred from a peer at work. They are timely with their repairs and each time they treat me like an important customer. Their rates seem very fair and on a few jobs that seemed big to me and ended up being little to them, they hardly charged me a thing. I do not hesitate to recommend Affinity to my friends. With a downtown location and easy parking in the back, the location is close to everything.
