Internet went out. Called for support on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Clint called me back within minutes and helped me thru some steps to try and get things working. After trying several things, he told me he’d try a few more things after we hung up and if needed, he’d be out to my house. Less than an hour later he called to tell me that he had me up and running, and I could check to make sure. Everything was working great! I was so impressed with him. He was polite, friendly, professional, and always acting like it was his pleasure to assist me. (VERY rare nowadays) And all this on a holiday weekend! Thank you Affinity for having the smarts to hire people like Clint. No wonder I consider myself a customer for life! And thank you Clint for being so helpful and kind! Grateful for an excellent local company with amazing local employees!

First Clint was awesome! I moved far out into the country and was worried about the connection. My entire experience was wonderful from my original call setting up my appointment all of my random and weird questions were answered, plus installation was completed and set up in less then an hour i would definitely recommend this company’s especially if you are lucky enough to have Clint do your installation! I called close to 10 different providers and was told no one covered where our new home is luckily I found affinity! You guys rock.

My family and I live in Fort Hall where it can be quite hard getting internet. Clint went above and beyond in trying to get us the fastest speeds we could. He was respectful, kind, and very ambitious. I have yet to meet a company that has had such nice people to work with as Affinity. I would highly recommend them, especially if you can get Clint as your technician.

Our internet installer, Clint, was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to. He made sure I could access the internet on my devices and felt satisfied with his service before leaving. Clint was my installer and he was very professional and answered all my questions. He went the extra mile to make sure that I had the best connection. And then he made sure I was aware how to operate the router so if needed I can reboot. Thank you Clint I’ll definitely recommend you to friends and family!

Clint was great. He called me about a half hour before he got here making it easy for me to get ready. I had to leave right before he got here but he delt with my Son and was fast and did a great job. I love Affinity they are awesome.

Aside from a small issue with trying to set up the appointment, (for some reason the last page wouldn’t go through) and then call reception being spotty, the service was great! They kept calling back and apologizing for the issue, most places would have just left it alone if the call failed! They gave a range of 2 hours for my installation and called before they were on their way, making it easy to not waste my entire day waiting on someone like every other company I’ve used. Clint was patient as I took a second to open the door for him, was quick and kind with the installation and explanation of everything! Only just started service with Affinity but I’m already a lot more impressed with their customer service and service than I have been with any other company so far!

Clint is an amazing technician. I had to transfer my services from one address to the new location. He not only was early to retrieve the equipment from the prior address, he took not even 40 minutes for the install at the new address. Extremely professional and informational. Just like my prior tech, Sam. I highly recommend having Affinity being the best local internet provider. Best speeds with best pricing. A huge thanks to the entire Affinity team for such an amazing, quick moving, best communications for internet services. 👏
