My scheduled pick up today was an event. First I waited by the receiving area for a good 10 minutes. Drove to the main entrance when no one answered at the bay area. Met 2 employees who told me that they open at 9am. After 9:05am, as the 2 employees had already made their way inside, I knocked and entered the premise. Said, hello and a young girl in her early 30’s comes out, and I tell her that I am here to pick up a specific freight. Lucia says, hello, I am in charge of receiving. I say. Great. I have been here a while already, glad to talk to you. While waiting in the waiting area, another gentleman works out, he’s in his late 40’s, tall, slim, wears a 2 piece suit, tells me he needed more information from before releasing anything. He walks back inside. The first gentleman I had spoken with, while I am on the phone, comes by the waiting area and holds the handle of the front door without saying a word. I now understood that I was now viewed differently. I ask him, do you want me to step outside? He says, yes, once you have the info, make your way to the receiving area. I said. Sure, I will, as I make my way out. 5 minutes later, as I have received the info, they were requesting, I tried to open the front door, it’s locked. At that point, many things crossed my mind. Should I stay, should I leave. I then decided to go back to their receiving area towards the rear. After ringing the bell 3 times, the lady in charge of receiving comes out, the side door and ask me if I have the info. I told her that I do, and they are the same info, I’ve provided all of you the last 25 minutes. She says ok. Please wait. But, I can see how uncomfortable she was looking. I pull out my courier state id to make her feel at ease. 5 minutes later she comes back with the freight, saying, someone call. All is ok. I felt really uncomfortable and I did let her that as well.

This company personifies all that's wrong in SoFla Aviation aftermarket. Bait & switch tactics, ghost listing inventory, really shoddy service. How this business remains open defies logic. Avoid at all cost.
