We paid a lot of money up front for them to make a prototype which took way to long to make. Then they wanted $39 to ship it because it wasn’t in their quote. Imagine that, a prototype that you didn’t expect to get shipped back to you. Apparently they can also talk rudely to anyone they like because if you don’t like it they hang up on you. My suggestion is to find a company who wants your repeat business. Hoodlums is what you describe these people as.
