The Winter Park Health Foundation has been utilizing Aeras Technologies' support for over three years. Aeras was initially hired to set up mobile device management for the Foundation's Apple hardware. I recently contacted Aeras Technology for help with our existing Mac computer system. I had contacted a few other tech companies with no response. Aeras responded to my call immediately and sent Kamin out the next day to help with the issues we were having. Kamin was a pleasure to work with. ALWAYS responsive, ALWAYS so kind and patiend, ALWAYS ready to find a way thru the "issues the users created" 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. Let's face it, it is usually user error. Get past the "user errors" and the waters part, the lights go on and BAM....we have learned so much from Kyle and Kamin! It is the best spent money if you want to run a smooth operation and when things are so smooth, it is a HUGE relief to know, I gotta friend who is there willing, knowledgable, all with a big dose of patience!!!!
