I work for a small business and in 2021 our entire network collapsed. The IT person that we were using previously was unable to get us back up and running. We did an online search and found Aegis to be very local to our business so we decided to give them a shot. We do not regret that decision. Brandon came to our shop immediately and was able to get us back up and running. Since then, we have been using Aegis for all of our system upgrades. We've purchased 6 new complete work stations, as well as a new network server. We are currently in the process of having them upgrade our entire phone system and dropping our monthly bill to less than 1/4 of what we've been paying for years. Brandon and the team at Aegis are great and we highly recommend them.

Brandon at Aegis rescued me when my cloud provider was hacked, causing a large-scale email outage. Email had not been available for almost a week to many thousands of customers, many who were understandably panicked and who raced to migrate their accounts to another provider—often without working or with glitches that could not be undone. I emailed Brandon, who had posted on the cloud provider’s FB page. He got back to me quickly and suggested 1) a temporary fix that would quickly provide email access, and 2) to wait to see the resolution of the hacking problem before making long-term decisions. Bottom line? Once domain information had been gathered, it took him roughly ten minutes for emails to be sent and received. While doing his IT magic, we chatted and Brandon provided some computer info and suggestions that I could do on my own. He’s extremely patient, personable and a terrific communicator. (The hacked cloud provider should hire him to do their damage control.)
