The overall experience was great The lady at the front desk was very polite and courteous check in was easy my appointment was right on schedule so I did not have to wait a long time before I was called.Mr. S. My tech was knowledgeable of what he was doing and he took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step, which helped me to feel safe and relaxed.,The restroom and the floors were cleaned, overall it was a great experience.

Excellent, most helpful staff. Completely professional and by all-meams compassionate. Initially, I was apprehensive to book an appointment here, after reading the reviews from the belly-achers and complainers. Fortunately, they were 100% unfounded. Definitely would recommend to others.

Went in this morning to be told that they couldn't do my ultrasound because I hadn't fasted. I told them that scheduling specifically stated there was no prep and I didn't need to fast. They told me that they're having problems with scheduling and to talk to their supervisor. I called scheduling to reschedule my appointment and was told AGAIN that there was no prep or fasting for the test so I took the phone inside so that the scheduler could repeat that for the girl at the front desk. Her response was to become condescending and rude towards me because apparently I should have known to fast despite being told BY the medical staff I didn't need to not once but TWICE now. She then VERY rudely told me she could have the tech come out and explain it to me. I am not stupid I understand what she was saying but apparently she didn't understand what I was saying which is Advent has a communication issue between the imaging department and scheduling, and I and other patients are being caught in the middle of THEIR nonsense . I made the appointment for today because it was a holiday for me at work and the next one won't be for 3 more weeks. After 2 more phone calls to 2 different supervisors I was able to get moved to this afternoon to the hospital and just can't eat or drink all day but I don't appreciate having my morning off wasted and then being spoke to like I was wrong or stupid!! Luckily since they moved me to the hospital I won't have to deal with the rude girl behind the counter when I go back! FYI they still haven't fixed the system so if you are having any kind of abdominal ultrasound don't eat or drink for 8 hours or you will be turned away and no one is going to tell you ahead of time!!! They got 2 stars since they got me in today and most of the staff was polite, but they need to get their act together and the girl at the front needs a new attitude and lots of training!

I would never return to this office. The front desk and ultrasound tech were rude and acted like they were being bothered. I would have left if I hadn't already paid for my visit.

$$$$ this place is so EXPENSIVE. Their excuse is "they bill like the hospital does". Well there is your answer. $177 to get an xray and then I just got another bill for $68. Avoid this place. Insurance covers little of it. >>>>UPDATE>>>> and another bill for the same xray $21.56. brings the total to $266.56 for an xray. To put this into prospective, Lake Imaging, I would have paid $65.00 total.

Great staff. Had two appointments in two different days and they were able to squeeze me in for both of them while I was there.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! They told me I was having a girl and my baby came out a BOY lots of money was wasted on girl clothes, shoes , baby shower decorations etc .. etc ..I called and spoke to supervisor and her response was it’s never happened before it was an accident ... uhhh ... yeah ..you THINK ! the young lady I had was definitely rushing through I asked how long a ultrasound session usually last I was told 1hr 30 mins ... she finished in 40- 45 mins . Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else and be sure to TRIPLE check .

Expect to wait a long time. Gross lack of handicapped parking, and that single spot is way too far from the front door. While the staff is super perky, patient handling is borderline incompetent: the MRI tech removed my wife's shoe without unlacing the shoe which put undue stress on her badly hurt knee, unnecessary pain; her immobilizer was removed for the scan, but never replaced, thus more unnecessary pain.
