Went there today 8/21/24 and they are kind and compassionate. This is my third time. When you are a little elderly you need help. I took my Acer laptop in because the screen was basically blank. Josh did some troubleshooting and determined the problem was the screen or the cable connecting it to the motherboard. He offered to repair it but he also gave me instructions on how to do it myself which I will attempt. There was no charge for his time. I will be using Josh for any pc needs in the future

This is a jewel in the desert. I asked them (David) to reconnect portable printer. BB Geek squad said that they could not do it. “You need to buy a new one”. Magician David made it work. Feels like family and comfortable! This is my place to go.

JR and the rest of the Advantage Micro team were so helpful. I had sent a computer to a customer in Tucson and unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping. I contacted JR and he said they would get it all fixed up for me. Less than 24 hours later, my customer picked up the repaired computer and everything was perfect.
