Jim, Aiden, and the entire Advantage team have been exceptional to work with. They serve all of our IT needs for our office, and are prompt to respond to any network, security, software, hardware, or other issues that arise. It feels as if the workday is barely interrupted when they are working on something for us, which is a true blessing to not have to put our entire office on hold. I often receive an email or phone call back from one of their team within a few hours of requesting help -- or less if the issue is urgent. They often remotely access my desktop to assist, and always politely ask before interrupting my work -- giving me the chance to save documents or close out of software. They will also keep me on the phone to walk me through the fix and explain the changes they are making, and are always kind and patient. They are true experts in the field of IT, and I highly recommend them!
