Love this place!! Started going to Warm Slow Flow yoga over a year ago & haven't looked back. Now I attend classes both in the yoga studio & in the gym. Plus I train with Abby weekly. All of the instructors are AMAZING. Coming to Advanced Training has been the best investment in myself that I can make.
Since my first class about a year ago I have been going almost daily. I was a yoga first timer and every instructor was super awesome. The variety of classes makes every session unique. I get monthly pass and use it on both yoga and gym classes. I can get a hard workout then get super mellow with a slow flow. It is an amazing and magical and I love it!!
I started off at Advanced Training 2 years ago with slow flow yoga and stretching classes. They welcomed me with no knowledge or experience in yoga and now I am up to power yoga and testing the waters with their lifting and stations classes! I can’t recommend Advanced enough! Every single instructor is warm and welcoming! Sign up for a class, you won’t regret it!
This is a very energetic and fun gym. Instructors Michelle (owner) and Abby are highly educated in proper form, nutrition and what your body needs to be transformed. Ten weeks in and I am seeing a lot of changes within my body. Can’t wait to see what the new year brings.
I have been working out here for numerous years now, and absolutely love everything about it! The trainers and small groups of people working out are attentive and supportive! My fav instructors are Michelle Hart, Abby Hart, Lisa Sain, Jennah Nelson & Michelle Wright!!
Absolutely love Advanced Training. I have taken yoga classes for years and can honestly say I’ve never had a repeat workout. I can’t thank Michelle, Jennah, Abby and the entire staff at AT for being such a big part of my life ❤️
The workouts at Advanced never disappoint!!! I highly recommend the stations and 45 minute circuit classes! Michelle and Abby make everyone feel welcome and will be your biggest cheerleaders!
I’ve been going to the gym since it opened. The trainers/instructors are very knowledge and friendly. The classes are for every fitness level, they offer modifications too. There is something for everyone,

Value for the money is excellent! Very well maintained with great ambiance. Classic 20s house with two queen beds in each room. DIY reservation, checkin, etc., all by detailed text messages. There are two great places for breakfast around the corner
