VADDS has become a way of life after working with this program for 17 years. This has been a definite growing experience. The program is always advancing. Improvements replace older slower procedures. New shortcuts, screens and quicker commands speed the processes. An overall win for us! But what really makes this such a successful partnership is the helpful cooperative attitudes of the Advanced Technology Personnel. From the President of the Company to assorted ATC support staff, we have always received personal, polite, perceptive, proficient and prompt service.

Advanced Technology Corporation is an outstanding company that provides excellent software solutions and personal, high-quality service. After several years of working closely with them on their veterinary laboratory information management system (VADDS), I am exceptionally pleased with the level of functionality of the product, the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff, and the drive to continually improve the application to better meet the needs of individual clients and laboratories worldwide.

VADDS ... A lot of "dead end" prompts. Extra columns that don't contain data and can not be accessed. Incomplete information. Routinely are told "our program can't do that". Simple requests are not heard or ignored. I really wonder if the employees at this company know how to interact with their own programs. Everything takes twice as many "clicks" to get anything done. Columns are incorrectly labeled. Have to click through many many many many empty windows to progress through data entry process. Requirements for data entry are constantly changing. Questions are answered in a non-communicative fashion. I think they try to make you feel dumb for asking questions. What the heck is a pillow and why can't they get rid of it? Interface with the program is awkward. Seems like you're on the wrong (programming) side of the program ... except you can't get anything to change. Pages are not identified, easy to get lost in program. Very non-intuitive If you have time you need to fill at work this is the way to go. You'll spend a lot of time clicking clicking clicking and getting nowhere.

Terrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional place with staff that treats people like garbage.
