I called around Stephenville looking for a mechanic for my son's vehicle. It needed a simple fix--new spark plugs. I came across Advanced Tech Auto Repair. Their prices are excellent and beat all the other auto service businesses in the area. In fact, they came down on the price after realizing I didn't need a component that was previously part of the deal. So, that meant a lot to me: They're being honest. That went a long way with me. Plus, they were quick with getting the vehicle fixed. Big time bonus! The process was seamless. And that's in large part thanks to Meagan who answers the phones. She put together the estimate and handled the whole transaction. It worked great! I'm definitely bringing my car back to Advanced Tech Auto Repair.

They recommended an engine rear down or replacement with a new crate motor. My engine warning light was on and running rough. I put in an octane booster and Seafoam. Added highest octane gas. 50 miles later, my motor purrs like a Cadillac. (It had bad fuel.) Your call. Nice enough people but if I had dropped 10K on a new engine I bet the bad fuel...

Great team! Very nice and professional. They got me scheduled with only a few days notice. I had an appointment to replace the lower control arms on a 2009 Mustang. They took no time at all to get it all fixed up! Pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

All great except one major issue. They replaced my catalytic converter, and let me buy my own part and didn’t charge me for storage while i was waiting for it to be shipped or anything other than labor. Was very nice and professional over the phone and in person. However, i had an herb grinder with about a gram of cannabis in it in the center console that went missing sometime between the tow truck picking it up and me arriving at the shop the next day when they opened. We were very careful to note where it was when the tow truck picked it up, so it’s not a case of simply misplacing it. It was stolen by either the tow truck driver or the team working on my car, no one will admit to it so i’m leaving this part in the review for both companies. For reference, i am a medical marijuana patient and i have a genetic disease that causes daily pain. The cannabis stolen was my medication prescribed by the state of TX.

I can't Rave enough about this place. The owners are amazing people that genuinely want to fix your vehicle. We've had an ongoing issue with ours & they will not stop until it's fixed. Reasonably priced & not looking to scam you out of your dollar. 10/10, 100% recommend.

I was referred to this little shop by someone else. The ultimate best way to find a mechanic shop is by friend referral. Trust me, most are out to separate you from your money. I've already had two different cars there and I can already tell I've become a faithful future customer!

I went through two other shops and both couldn't find the issue with my truck after having it a week each. Within less than 2 hours of having my truck Advanced had pin pointed the problem and fixed it! They were amazingly easy to talk to and work with! I won't be taking my truck anywhere else!
