I can not say enough about the service we received! This was our first time using this business. We had a tricky situation with a laptop that had my daughters entire portfolio for her BFA at ISU. They not only helped us manage her needs for digital arts class, they helped us problem solve managing the mess from Best Buy protection plan. We were given good advice for future computer needs and he saved the day. Their hours are better than anyone in town, service is exemplary and the dogs are adorable. I will bring all my computer needs here and highly recommend them!
Brought my wife's laptop in to repair a stuck key that I turned into a potential broken key. Got it back the same day, luckily I had all the parts. Top notch repair and customer service! First time here and will definitely be back for any other needs.
Really nice shop! Wanted a ram upgrade for my gaming desktop, and they took care of it in one day. They made sure it worked with the new parts and even took the time to talk with me on pick up about what all would be involved in building a new pc in the future and even suggested money saving tips by using parts i already have. Would definitely recommend.
Since I am a senior, James came to my Senior Retirement Community to install a new Brother printer. After testing my I-MAC computer, he recommended an update since it was older and ran very slowly. He took it back to his shop, and it was ready in two days. He delivered it, and now it is much faster, and the printer works wonderfully well with it. I found James to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I highly recommend this business to anyone. I also found both James and his wife very understanding to me.
My husband and I needed a new computer due to the age of our computer and the fact that Windows 7 was no longer supported. Someone recommended James, from Advanced Computing. After speaking with him on the phone, and getting some information, we ended up having a custom computer built. It was actually more efficient instead of buying one comparable to what we had and Advanced Computing was very reasonably priced. I was extremely nervous, as I'm not the most computer savvy, but he helped me through the process. James was extremely knowledgable, professional, and personable. Our transfer and set up went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them for any computer service. It's nice to have someone local you can rely on and trust.
I've brought my Apple computers here for years, for different reasons, and I'm always satisfied by the customer service and expertise. They've extended the life of my machines (my MacBook is going on 10+ years and is still doing great). I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My wife and I have been members for 2 years. Facility is always clean and the staff is friendly. Price is great and the hours work well for our schedules. We walk most days including Saturdays.
