I've taken my Gaming PC down there many times, they do an AMAZING job on repairs, upgrades, and so much more! The people are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is Awesome! I recommend coming here!

I was referred to Advance Computer by another company. I did a Google search and checked the reviews. I was very impressed. I called last Thrusday to see if my Surface could be looked at after I did a Microsoft account delete and wiped it by accident. I took it in that day and was greeted very promptly. The gentleman I spoke to (I suck with remembering names) looked at it and said they would do a diagnostic @$71 ,very reasonable I think , and get back to me. 07/22/24 they emailed me to let me know that they could try to reload windows and see what happens, but couldn't guarentee it would fix it. I approved repairs and today I got my Surface back working just like new. If you are reading this review I can promise you WILL be taken good care of. I will be recommending them to anyone asking for advice on repairs. Thank you very much Advance Computer for the quick, courteous and very reasonably priced repair.

I tried to set up an appointment for my issue and they immediately welcomed me over the phone to just come right on down no appointment needed. Absolutely straight to the point service and affordable fees without hidden charges up front. I came in with the issue of my PC not booting past the motherboard logo and after troubleshooting myself I brought it to them. Within the very same day they had finished diagnostics and had it booting properly and offered a cleaning service which it needed severely. Within two days my computer was cleaned and even the CPU serviced with new thermal paste and ready for pick-up. Nothing but positive interactions with the staff and they answered any question I had. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for basic issues to building/upgrades to a PC and repairs! As for the cleaning service my PC went from genuinely disgusting and having corroded parts to spotless and running like a dream afterwards! So, if you need a deep clean and don't have the time they do a wonderful job! Thanks again to all the staff here!

Fantastic job! Went in with my computer not booting into Windows. They were super thorough and knowledgeable; it was fixed quickly and was affordable. They will be the only place I go or recommend from here on out!

Excellent work. Effort and results far exceeded the original estimate and he earned his bonus. Wayne cloned my new laptop even though the hard drive was failing. My Son in Law who is a code guy uses Wayne for his computer needs. I Highly recommend Wayne and Advanced Computers.

Wayne and the team of Advanced Computers of Knox were very quick to respond, and stayed in communication during the duration of the repair. Not only did they mend my laptop, but Wayne took the time to help me better understand the do's and don't of my specific laptop, as well as how to better navigate it. It was a relief to not feel like a burden to them while I asked many questions.

I bought a nice custom computer from them and it had problems with crashing that turned out to be a bad memory component from the manufacturer. The solution wasn't obvious at first and took a little time but Wayne got it fixed in the end. These things happen in life but they stuck with it and saw it through to the end and that's all you can ask. Happy with my fancy computer.
