ACS is great! I walked in for help with a server error message that had been popping up on my phone for 3 months. They had the problem figured out and fixed in 10 minutes. No more annoying pop up!

An IT place that can’t even update their own website. That sentence says alot right there. Offers Free Diagnostics but when you walk in it’s no longer a thing and is an automatic $35 Diagnostics fee. The free diagnostics is why I chose to go here then they want to hold it and call you later with a total. If they can’t update their page and phish people into their place of business then why should I trust to leave my laptop with them and hope they don’t attach extra hours at probably a staggering $65 an hour to the job. Attach are the website pictures if you don’t believe me. That’s like going to a restaurant that doesn’t know how to cook or a wedding planner that is bad at planning. Hopefully it is just me and other people have a better experience but I just can’t put trust in so many red flags.
