In my time working with ABS over the course of numerous client engagements via businesses I have managed and led, I have found that level of professionalism and responsiveness that ABS delivers on is paramount. Not to mention, the human touch and constant attention to the needs of the businesses that I have either been involved in with them directly on or sent their way as a referral, there's no difference for them based on the scale/size of the client. Simply put, ABS always delivers. In a world where customer service, especially by much larger corporations is usually questionable, the team at ABS is always on point. Their product is top-notch and so is the team there. Trust me, if you have the option of having your valuable data backed up on ABS Servers and in the event of a crisis where you can't afford to have any downtime that could impact your bottom line and the needs of your own customers, I know I would rather be with ABS than a conglomerate I and/or many others would just get lost in the shuffle with. The owner has some shady business practices to say the least. Working for him put all the other jobs i thought were terrible into perspective. There is no standard way of doing thing as it depended upon how he felt about the customer that day. I'd advise not doing business with, or working for this place. Edit to address the below: If you honestly think you are being treated fair as a customer, Ask him for a full audit of your usage or licenses you are paying for. Likely you will never see the results and are being over charged. Nice try Josh but how could you know anything about my performance when you work 2 hours a day if that. Also funny that when I stepped in you were 130+ tickets upon leaving what 50-60. Of those 50-60 remaining tickets, 25-30 were yours and had been there since before I started. Several of which were customer orders. 6 months to fill an order. Yeah my performance was bad..... Also received compliments from plenty of your customers so don't believe my professionalism was a problem either.

Our business has been using ABS now for seven years. In the beginning stages of reviewing costs, quality and service with the competition it was a clear decision to work with ABS. In the seven year time frame, our business has grown, changed and adjusted the internal structure digitally. ABS, at every step has been there to walk us through what steps we'd need / use best. Witnessing the dedication of the entire staff, the devotion of time and efforts to find, resolve and ensure no loss of data and no downtime - We won't leave ABS. The team there are incredible versed on their products, as well as a myriad of Operating System to Network Infrastructure components. Bringing light to pieces we'd not considered or seen previously. The costs associated with all this service and support, over weekdays and weekends - UNMATCHED in this industry. The cost, we've discovered is an enormous compliment to our business always running regardless of the facilities situation. From a simple file restore, to and Exchange / SQL database restoration ABS manages to handle it all. Seamlessly, without interruptions during the 24-Hour day. I have personally worked with the entire staff, during the seven year stretch. Some still there, some gone. Not a bad word to say as a consumer, needing, getting and having maintained the appliance, software and storage systems in use.

Complete ripoff artist. Want to cancel your contract? Sure, if he doesn't like you though he will be sure to drag his feet through a couple extra billing cycles. Oh did you order more then you actually needed? He wont tell you. If you ask about it be prepared for the indefinite run around.

I can not say enough good things about the service my company has received from ABS. They are the utmost professionals and truly care about thier clients.

Rick is really the only person working at the company. He is a great individual and very helpful. The owner on the other hand I am not sure google would allow me to post an accurate description of. I would seriously consider other options.

These guys are great. Familiar with their work for many year now. Always a wnderful experience. They really care about their customers.
