It’s right off the exit, very convenient location. I’ve been to this place couple of time already. Very nice people & friendly service also, this time they have put me into the newest room they were just finished remodeling, fresh tidy n’ clean & I loved it. Thanks for the room.

Hey idk who the heck the dude was but I was trying to rent a room for the evening. Anyhow some dude with long unwashed hair walls up to my truck telling me he's management here and part owner. That's fine if the dude didn't look like he was all doped up slurring his words and all. Idk if he was really MANAGEMENT but just in case he was I wouldn't stay any place where the management looks like he needs NARCOTICS ANNOMOUS!!!!!

I had to go to the doctor After I stay one night in this place for bed bugs.Nasty freaking rooms, these are very nasty people. Okay, the sheets are burned. All the rooms are crack rooms And there was blood all over the bathroom when I got there. When I was leaving in the morning, police came. Because there was a crime that happened in a room the night before....

ITS A MOTEL! All the rooms are fine. 108, 109 & and 110 I have stayed. 110 is the nicest and best put together. For $65 a nice size bed, bureau for your things, wiring heat and a/c and a tv! You guys all sound like you expected the ritz! The owners are super friendly and nice.

I needed a place to stay while our home was getting re-modeled. As the child of the previous owners, the motel had gone through an amazing transformation inside and out. The bed was okay and the rent was a little pricier than I would have liked ($55 for 1 night) for a place that didn't offer a lot of amenities. However, there are plenty of shops and good eats around to keep me occupied. Overall, I'd give it a 3 1/2 star rating.

I'd say the best part about Advance Motel was the location, it was a short walk to everywhere you really needed to be. The rooms were cost efficient, we got what we paid for. The rooms definitely could have looked cleaner but I had no serious complaints. No problems with the service. Overall a solid experience.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Holes in all the blankets. The rooms smell like pure body odor. The shower is taped off and management was beyond disrespectful. This is one of the motels you call the health department on. Worst stay of my life!

The lady at the front desk refused us a room. She told us there were no rooms available but there was more than 1 open, and the cleaning people were cleaning one out. Not long after, an Indian couple came and they got a room fast. I don't know if it's a race thing or what but the lady simply refused us a room and was completely rude about the situation. This place is bad business.
