Travis was unbelievably helpful when it came to advising us and helping us set up our home to be as secure as it needed to be! He knew the ins and outs of all the systems and what we needed and what we didn’t necessarily need. I also loved that he checked in with us after install to make sure that everything was working smoothly. I highly recommend him to anybody searching for security systems for their home!

Would rate a zero if possible. We purchased an upgraded system in March. When the installer came from Safe Haven, an affiliated installation company, he first drilled holes in our wall before advising he could not provide the services agreed upon without significant additional expense. We were advised by ADT sales that the installer would remove old equipment. That was a fallacy. We decided almost immediately after the installer left that we would cancel our contract under the three day cancellation provision. Since it was the weekend we could not reach anyone other than the sales rep regarding cancellation as the office was closed. We over-nighted a written cancellation at a cost of almost $60.00 to protect our rights. Subsequently we agreed to a lesser contract and thought our nightmare was over. No such luck. In May we received a notice from Safe Haven that we had cancelled outside the three day window and owed them 75 percent of the contract. I reached out to the sales person who advised he would fix this only to get back in touch saying he could nothing and we should call Safe Haven. I called the number on Safe Haven notice and was advised they could not help, I would need to contact ADT. I called ADT, who advised I needed to call another department at Safe Haven. They claim they will correct the problem. I have serious doubts they are capable of anything much less providing security. I would recommend finding a more responsible security company. Just as an FYI, we are former ADT customers who were very happy with them until they sold our contract to another company.

i was not a fan of safe haven installation teams my house came with free equipment /installation with adt since my builder pre purchased it for new construction. On the phone the sales representative said the home came with a new ring door bell and a touch screen to control everything making it a smart home. Also I asked the gentleman if the technician needs to run new lines and he said the builder has the lines all pre-built into the home. When the technician got there it was a different story, he was honest with me which I was grateful for, I opted out of all installation due to the fact it was not a ring doorbell and he would have to run all new lines drilling into our home. I also opted out because my husband does security for a living, he wanted to install his own security system but if they installed their touch screen panel he would not be able to connect to it. Which is utterly pointless if we cannot use it. Also I found out that after 3 years we would be forced to pay for a subscription for the smart home panel. I was very disappointed with the safe haven representative on the phone not giving me all the facts but the only person I appreciate was the technician thank god he read the notes and was honest about the installation. so he just came to drop off free equipment I will never use and can't use. since my builder pre purchased it for all his homes. if you don't know security and don't know exactly what they are doing then they will completely take advantage of you. I would say buy ring and do it yourself.

They signed up both my business locations surprise and wickenburg and I was told we will contract you at $65/each but to call after set up and I will get my corporate discount after we set it up they would adjust price to $29... I called 13 times and no one has any idea what I am talking about. Customer service is Horrible once the sale is done. Finally in december a high level customer ser vice agent saw what I was talking about and sent me DOCusign legal documents changing the price to $29 for a year. I called next month because none of the changes were done again and they told me corporate rejected it and will not extend the offer that an ADT account executive put together. The absolute worst experience and very time consuming for any business owner.

Having moved to South Carolina we wanted to check on a security system. Had ADT previously. They came out, discussed our needs and the cost. Based on that information we agreed to have system installed. Once billing started the cost quoted was not what they said. Called ADT to question what we were told and we got the run around without honoring the quoted cost. Spent on well over an hour on phone with ADT and kept getting punted to another person. Talked with 11 different people who just said we misunderstood the cost. We speak English very well and even gave the information back to verify we heard correctly. Their response was it was not in the contract and therefore would not be honored in spite of what we were told, which is why we went with ADT in the first place. Told them to take the system out but as of this posting they are ignoring my request. They may provide a decent security system but are not ethical. Am being passed on to a branch manager who is supposed to call me. We will see if they ever do.

Do not use!!! They go through a company called safe haven that lies to you about contracts. I was told there is no contract and that you can cancel anytime just sign here. Complete lie you are locked in under a three year contract that moment you sign.

First, I wish I could give this company zero stars. BACKGROUND: ADT installed over $10k worth of equipment in 2018. The equipment to date has not worked. The countless calls to this company is mind blowing with no outcome results of getting my equipment repaired. I just lost another hour of my life this morning dealing with ADT custome reps. The service reps were from other countries. They spoke broken English, so to state that they couldn't understand what they were saying.was an understatement. RECOMMENDATION: Research before purchasing a security system. It is a big investment. You don't want to end up with a company that doesn't call you when your system alarm goes off nor employes individuals from other countries that are hard to understand and has no empathy for the situation you are dealing with.

I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding the services provided by ADT. On 6/26/23 I engaged with a sales representative who quoted a monthly service fee of $50.00, but subsequent discrepancies have arisen. On 6/28, the installation was carried out Upon completion, I was asked to sign a digital signature device to agree installation was completed and received no further documentation. However, on 7/3, upon noticing a charge of $104.00 instead of the agreed-upon $50.00, I attempted to contact ADT. Regrettably, my efforts were met with challenges After weeks of persistent attempts to reach a supervisor, I connected with Angela on July 21st. To my surprise, she asserted the existence of a contract, which I was never provided or made aware of until that date. This 11-page document supposedly contained my signature, despite my adamant denial of ever signing such an agreement Ms. Angela emphasized a three-day cancellation window from the contract date, yet I had no knowledge of this timeframe due to the delayed disclosure of the alleged contract. I subsequently canceled my credit card and disputed $54.00 of the $104.00 charge, adhering to the initially quoted monthly fee. A call from Carmen further complicated matters, stating an owed amount exceeding $6,000.00. This contradicts ADT's televised claim of a contract-free service. It is crucial to note that the equipment, currently inactive since July 27th, remains installed in my home office. A visit to the Socostee, SC ADT office revealed an acknowledgment of their oversight. Despite this, subsequent communications reiterated the contractual obligations, which were still inaccessible via Docusign. I am left with an inoperable system, unusable equipment, and unjustified financial claims. I implore you to rectify this situation promptly by removing the equipment and discontinuing any unwarranted charges. Until this matter is resolved, it impedes my ability to secure an alternative security system. Desired settlement:
