Great prices with similar menu to Chipoltes but without whole wheat tortillas option or tofu. Food: It was excellent. Staff: very attentive and helpful.

So, tonight for Dinner the boys wanted Mexican, so I told them to hop on the inner webs while we were driving through Iowa and told them to find us a place with local flare and menu. The boys found a great little place in Dubuque Ia for dinner, so we stopped and had a bite. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they made the food right in front of us. We all had Burrito bowls for dinner, and mine came with Mexican Rice, Steak and Chicken, covered with Queso, then shredded cheese, the rest of the fam naturally drug theirs through the garden un like me. 🤣 They were all delicious no matter what way they were made, and B even went back for another Burrito Bowl for round 2. Thanks for the Hospitality Adobos, the experience, and food was great. 😁

Cannot say I was impressed with my visit here. It was edible & sustenance but not particularly enjoyable. I’d only go back if nothing else was open.

This is a neat little place with very good food and drinks. I had the taco salad with barbacoa and a lime margarita on the rocks. All of the food is prepared and ready to dish up, so the ordering process is very easy and pretty quick.

The type of hidden gem build your own Mexican that legends speak of, and could make Chipotle weep. Very fair prices. Chill vibe. Outstanding burrito, though I've had better carrying vessels, which tend to be inbued with more flavor. Great value for how much I stuffed that boy! Chips were homemade and delicious. My biggest complaint is that I didn't get very many on the side, but it may have been based on how I ordered it. Guacamole and queso were both solidly above average. But that mild salsa was an absolute game changer, easily top 2 I've ever had all time. Rice, beans, veggies, all were above average. And as a cohesive meal, everything comes together extremely well. I really enjoyed the chicken which was quite flavorful. Will be back multiple times this month. Must visit in Dubuque.
