The hotel is incredible I had booked a room for a friend who came from another state and he was very satisfied. The customer service is to be congratulated 😍 Honestly, I recommend them 100%

This is outdated and has mice inside rooms..

After checking into the hotel we ate our food and laid down but soon after we both begin to itch and apon turning on the lights we noticed bugs crawling at the head of the bed . We went to the office for a refund, only to be offered another room instead of a refund . And the attendant wouldn’t give me my money back after seeing pictures of the begs and but marks on our arms TERRIBLE HOTEL AND THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM THE CITY ABOUT THE INHUMANE CONDITIONS OF THIS HOTEL .

Those people are rude and took our money and wouldnot refund it because we said we didn't want to stay in a room that was nasty, stanking, had bugs crawling and the desk was dirty also we lost out on our money because we didn't want to stay they are crooked and getting over on us African Americans in our neighborhood . I will never stop there again. I advise anybody that's trying to get a room is ask can they see it first because I was played for my money.

I can say is cheap and dangerous,the day we was there there was a shooting and the cops stormed the place and searched all the rooms for a gun and the shooter...nerve racking....

ZERO STARS. Why doesn't anyone say anything when answering the phone? I called from 9:50am - 10:05am on Sat, 12/26/2020 to inquire about their rates, & someone kept answering the phone not saying anything. I kept saying, "Hello? Hello?", but the person wouldn't say anything. What kind of establishment is this, if children are answering the phones when potential customers are calling?
