adidas Outlet Store Hershey - Sportswear store in Hershey - 46 Outlet Square, USA

Their staff and managers were horrible. We went shopping and half the staff was on their phones. When asking for help we finally got the store manager which we were hopeful would be able to assist us and make the shopping experience better. Howwver, she was suggesting products that were nothing like were were asking for and making up information about the products . Luckily we researched the products before going and knew that the information she was giving wasn't true. They only care about the sale and not the customers needs! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. This store used to be a 5 star store but now a solid 1 star I would have given a zero if possible

So much potential with this store but new management has destroyed and and changed the atmosphere so much that I can no longer recommend this store. Staff used to be very well trained and managers used to show real interest in their customers. Better off just going to other stores at the outlets

What a great store been open about a year now. Has amazing staff and in a great area totally giving life to the mall. Definitely should visit great deals from 30% 70% depending on the season. #MrAdidas

Would of like to give a good rating for Black Friday, but...... . I have two stars because of previous visits. Usually this is a 4 or 5 stars. Today Black Friday pulled up around 545 am, an associate was standing out front smoking (at the front door? ), we asked if they were open yet? She replied yes. We found our parking went to go in and the doors were locked. She then replied we are not open yet. The good news is we did get to pick up some second hand smoke free of charge.

This is probably the best Adidas store I have ever been to with such amazing, caring and comprehensive staff who answered all my questions and even offered to show me around the store when I was wandering around aimlessly, clearly not finding what I was looking for. They have some amazing deals; I got a great deal on a pair of shoes.
