Not alot of selection or variety. Store is messy and aisles are way too small which leads to crowded shoe isles and social distancing is not enforced. Gave 3 stars only because of the nice employees and good sales.

A lot of the items had half off prices which was not true for all the stores we shopped at in the outlets. The service was great. A staff member introduced themselves and offered help a few minutes after our arrival.

To whom it may concern , I'm sending the requested pictures in order to get reimbursed for this defective product. I feel frustrated that this could have been resolved at the store and it wasn't because the store manager/ supervisor at the Gilroy outlets Mike decided not to help me . When I asked for the reason for the denial, the number of the manager and his name , he refused to give it to me , confronting me instead of maintaining a professional, helpful manner stating that the shoes are dirty, and not letting me explain that the reason why I bought this shoes is to play a sport and of course expecting Adidas quality and not for them to get damage in a month .

I was looking for some awesome shoes to get for my son. I was helped by Josiah and found the perfect gift. I really appreciate that he took the time to show me different options. Great job 👏 👍

Following protocol but you have to be prepared to wait in line. Helpful staff.
