Outstanding gym. Great equipment. I love the treadmill. It has numerous options to include walking or running in different parts of the world. The machine inclines when simulating the hills. You can watch TV on the machine or do the Internet. You can also connect your phone to the system.

Cannot ask for a better, more complete fitness center. Everything I could ever need, to include a high quality track and football/soccer field with a recently replaced artificial turf. Also just resumed after hours access to those who register & obtain a pass card. Great for all active duty and retired military members & dependents.

Quality weight room for a small number of guests. From what I could find, there's only one barbell bench press, one barbell decline bench, one barbell incline, maybe two squat racks, etc. Upstairs had an impressive cardio room with water rowers, stair climbers, jacobs ladder, newer treadmills, and stationary bikes. Staff was extremely helpful and happy which is always a good sign!

Outstanding equipment and friendly staff. Always love coming here, and for any newcomers to healthy lifestyles, don't be scared to come over! Not only is there a huge weight room loaded with equipment to keep the pros busy, there's equipment and free weights for new folks to get started!

Great gym! And pretty good equipment!

Great range of equipment of both machines and free weights. Basketball, racketball , personal trainer and classes available. Overall great gym downside usually packed and if you happen to apply for after hours/ 24 hr access it doesn't always work you may not be able to open doors once they're locked usually due to system being down.

A really good gym for everyone regardless of fitness level. 5/2/2108 Update: I still give it 5 stars, but I feel they need to show more love to the crossfit area they have behind it. Two rings, rather than the one that is left hanging by its lonesome. And wooden rings rather than the plastic ones they have now. Possibly some new pull up assist bands as well.
