The rooms are not updated. The bathroom is unsanitary and needs to be fixed desperately. there's an odor the AC didn't work properly for 775.00 it's not worth it. Not kid friendly. The landlord lives on the property as well. Good luck with that. If you have OCD this is not for you seriously.

It's a historical African American landmark. The people are wild and fun. I had a great time

It's not the best place, but what can you expect for the price.

It is not recommended for a family it is not worth the stay
