When our computer went on the "fritz" we were desperate and Acumen Tech Group came to our rescue! Being a small business it is difficult to find the time to take a computer into a repair shop. Acumen Tech Group is an on call service that came out that day, built me a new computer overnight and transferred our programs and information so we didn't have to do it ourselves. It was SO easy. We even had them build us a new computer for another office. Their service was fast and reliable. I highly recommend them and have them on speed-dial for the next emergency!
I wish I could put even more than 5 stars as I feel so blessed to have found Acumen Tech Group. They have been SO helpful with both hardware & software. They try to provide a fast response time as well as their skills are beyond outstanding! I have come to totally rely on them &, when my business runs from my computer, I need to be able to rely on these technicians. They are a joy to work with & I highly recommend them!

Acumen tech group have been our third tech company for Phelps flagstone and masonry and by far are so efficient and organized!!! They seem to always pull through when these machines go haywire. Couldnt be more satisfied each time we've dealt with eachother.
