Denise and Wanda have saved and repaired several of our computers over the years. Recently, after spilling some water on my laptop, they helped me get it back up and running. Although my display was fried, the computer can run off an external monitor. They generously loaned me an adapter so I could operate the computer at home until I could purchase my own adapter. This generosity and trust is why I appreciate this business so much. Thank you!

My father-in-law (90) was hacked recently by someone claiming to be "amazon customer support" and was no longer able to log into his computer. We took his machine to Action Computer Services and they were able to download all their pictures, replaced the aging hard drive with a new SSD and re-loaded the operating system, all for less cost than the scammers were asking to unlock his machine. I highly recommend Action Computer Services, they are friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very prompt. They said what they would do and did what they said, cannot ask for more.

I can't praise these people enough. I brought my sick laptop in and they installed a new hard drive. Reasonable price and quick, thoughtful service. They went the extra mile to make sure my programs were up and running and offered remote service if I had any problems. Highly recommended!
