Professor Don is my hero! He kept working on my printer until it was fully functioning again. He is very reasonably priced too.

Stopped by here to have a tower looked at. Don was able to let me know what I needed to make it whole. He found 2 faulty fans and one was installed upside down! He fixed that promptly for me. He was able to boot up and check my motherboard/hardware. He squeased me into his schedule within an hour of me calling despite normally only working by appointment. All my questions were answered above and beyond, Don is very knowledgeable! Fairly priced and nice to talk to. Highly recommend.

Don is the guy to go to, if you have any issues with your computer or laptop. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward and with unbeatable prices. I addressed one issue I had with my son's computer, but he went above and beyond. Besides fixing the issue, he cleaned the computer, replaces a fan that had a faulty bearing and replaced missing screws on the tower case. Great guy and awesome service!

Mr. Don is a true professional technician when it comes to computers. He does quality work in a timely manner. My screen was damaged and he repaired it in no time. He is not overpriced and he is passionate about giving information to help his customers with their needs.

I’d run into Don years ago when he was at the Main St. location. I’d taken a couple of laptop pc’s to other repair shops, but unfortunately, they didn’t holdup as expected. I then found Don & figured I’d try ACS. At the time, I had IBM laptops & while in his shop, I noticed that some of his specialty was service work with IBM, so felt a little more secure and trusting with him looking at the computers. Fast forward>> he made the repairs that lasted until the purchase of a new PC a few years later. A few years had gone by whereas I lost contact with Don, and also due to a fire at his place of business. Fortunately, I accidentally found him again and have kept tabs on him ever since. Don is rather a ‘unique’ computer tech. He’s one of those individuals that has a natural ability and understanding of pc’s, and is extremely talented in his field. His repairs are exceptional and he is very honest with his clientele, so you know what to expect after speaking with him. He like any other, may at times make an occasional mistake, but he is exceptionally professional in resolving any issues. In my professional opinion, he’s a ‘hidden gem’ & though it’s hard to refer him to others, I highly recommend his services when it comes to computer repairs.

The absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a Tech Support Guru. Professor Don is not only extremely knowledgeable in ALL aspects of computer hardware and software issues he is very patient and able to explain things in a simple non-threatening format making it easy for the customer to understand. This is very helpful for people like myself that are not the most "computer-friendly" people with certain aspects of computer use. I called in the morning and gave Professor Don a brief explanation of my possible computer issues. Don was able to let me stop in same day within a couple hours. He had a diagnosis in just a matter of minutes.. I felt very comfortable and trusted letting him fix my computer. Professor Don is friendly and easy to talk to. I received great service and my computer was completely up and running like new same day in just a few hours. Completely satisfied and at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend you give Professor Don a call for any of your issues instead of going to a Big Box computer service or any others. I mentioned I was thinking about getting a printer for home instead of running to the library to print and Professor Don actually looked up some recommended printers for me to look into. So, in my opinion ACS Professor Don is the place to go and the only place I will recommend to any of my friends in need of service.

Professor Don is the GREATEST. He replaced motherboard in laptop I bought new in 2010. I know it was hardly worth fixing by today's standards. It's a dinosaur but I wanted it back and he was able to do it and in just a few days. Highly recommend his services!
