Our technician was very polite and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing and what we needed to have done. He explained that our a/c was under warranty. And I would hear from the main office on what they were going to do and when. That it wasn't something he couldn't do on this service call. I would highly recommend Ace Home Service for all my repairs.

Told the girl on the phone that the accessibility was not working. Also told her it was frozen. All she asked is " is it turned off". I replied yes. When service tech showed up to look at it he said he couldn't do anything til it's thawed out. Told me he wouldn't charge me for that day because they shouldn't have sent him out. Then I get a bill for him doing nothing. It's not my fault she went ahead and sent him. If you can call someone else.

I had a new unit being installed today and just before they were about to finish, the power went out. A tree fell in the woods and knocked down the lines and the transformer blew. They were about to finish. A few hours later the power returned and someone was sent to finish. I now have air. I was very impressed with Detmer. Five employees were involved with the ordering and installation and they all were very respectful, fast working, and polite. They were all dressed neat, not sloppy and went above and beyond to make sure I had air today. Thank you for a job well done. I would highly recommend this company for air and heating. They also put in a new furnace for me two years ago. And no problems.

Mike and Garrett were friendly and awesome! They were here just after 8:00 am and worked very efficiently, finishing by 1:30 or so. We were very happy to get the work done so quickly to replace our furnace and get the A/C working again in this 90 degree heat. Thank you so much, Mike & Garrett! We had both air conditioner units go out on Sunday. We noticed 30 minutes before our grandson’s birthday party. We had 30+ adults and children and it was a hot and humid day. I called and gave the information to the answering service. Nico returned our call within minutes and was at our house within 30 minutes. Nico was very informative and provided the options to my husband and me. He answered all our questions and guided in making the best decision to resolve the crisis we we’re feeling.
