Ace Computer Fix - Computer service in Murrieta - 40238 Hannah Way, USA

At first he was a very nice guy , communicated fast and got the job done in a timely manner…. however after this everything goes south . After picking up my Gaming pc I took the glass panel out to see the work he had done and noticed that the bracket that that was supposed to be holding up my GPU (graphics card) was not held on by the screws so it just fell off, still not a big deal . I also notices that the inside was still dusty, also not a big deal . I went ahead and downloaded a game and when it prompted me to choose the HD ( hard drive ) I wanted to install the game on I noticed that my 1TB HD was not an option, so I went on my devices and drivers and notices it was not there . I proceeded to text him and he call me immediately. I let him know that the 1 TB HD was missing and he went ballistic he was super hostile and rude. In my whole entire life I have never came across such a rude person!!! He told me he had not removed any other hard drive other than the 512 SSD . I explained that the PC told me it wasn't there ( as it wasn’t displayed on my devices and drivers ) he went on to try to make me sound stupid by telling me he didn't know that a PC tells people its missing a hard drive and that I should show him because he has never seen that in his life . He proceeded to ask where the hard drive was before and I told him I thought it was underneath the graphics card as I had never physically seen the 1TB HD and he laughed at me and told me he’s never seen a HD under a graphic card. I asked him where the 1 TB HD would be as I didn't know and he told me to take off the back panel and look, I went ahead and did that and noticed the hard drive was actually there , I told him that it was there and he said that he must have forgotten to plug it in and that those things happen all the time . He continued for another 5 min to berate me for telling him the 1 TB HD was missing. Anyone would have thought the same thing without pulling the pc panels off . I wouldn’t recommend this guy , he's very unstable and if there is any issues after paying for the service ($180) he will make it seem like you're the problem. If you're looking for pc service I would recommend taking it to a professional shop. Read the negative reviews as they clearly depict who this guy is.

Great service! Awesome communication and computer screen problem resolved quickly. Very respectful and good to work with. Saw my fans were clogged too and checked out thermal paste and replaced and cleaned internals.

My laptop wasn't turning on. I brought it to Mr. Ravi and we realized that the laptop was charging fine using his outlet. He didn't charge me and gave me tips on what to do to when I got home. Turned out one of my breakers tripped and I didn't notice as I was gone for work for a couple days. Highly recommend.
