Great service from the moment I made the call. Crashed hard drive that I was told would probably never be able to be recovered was recovered 100%! What a relief! But the 'after the recovery' customer service was even more amazing! There were some major issues with reloading my Outlook 2016 that even a level 2 Microsoft technician had not been able to 'fix' and AccuServ technician Brient stuck with it and built a completely new profile and made it work!! I will recommend AccuServ to anyone needing any kind of data recovery!!!

Had a drive out of a Buffalo NAS network box fail that was set to RAID 0. Called several businesses around town & AccuServ was the best in describing the recovery steps and the costs associated with each of them. They also had a drop off location near our office in Gladstone so it made it very convenient. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon and received a call on Friday with the results and recovery options/costs. The next Tuesday morning I was able to pick up my recovered data on a supplied external hard drive. By the time I got it back to the office we were back up and running with most of our data. Overall I was very happy with AccuServ. When comparing the cost of manually reproducing the data on the drive versus the cost of having AccuServ recover it was a no brainer - they saved me & our company a lot of resource time and money.

There's hardly a worse feeling than losing all your data on a failed hard drive. The hard drive in my laptop had all my important data on it and it failed out of the blue. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they were no help at all, except that they suggested I look for a data recovery place in town. Accuserv was the first option when I searched for data recovery on google and I'm very glad it was. I used the live chat feature on their website to explain my situation. They told me they could probably help me out and they were able to give me an approximate quote for the service right then and there. I took my hard drive to them and they were able to recover all my data in just a couple of days and at a reasonable price. The staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process. I hope I never get into this situation again because losing a hard drive is extremely unpleasant, but if I do, I know I'll be taking my business back to Accuserv.

I do project development and construction from conception to completion. The job I have requires a lot of travel, contract management, change orders, invoicing, picture documentation, etc. from remote locations. I'm rarely in the office and when I am the last thing on my mind is backing my computer up to our server. Last September, the hard drive on my computer crashed and basically left me without a lot of information that I needed to keep the project I was working on track. Fortunately, I had backed up my computer to our server in late June. Unfortunately, we put a lot of work in place between the end of June and the end of September. Our internal IT team had no idea how to help me as they are not equipped to do data recover. They also had no idea where to send me for help. My wife reminded me of Accuserv based on the fact that she operates a home base business and uses them not only to host her web site but to help her when her computer has had problems. I took my damaged hard drive to Accuserv. James and his staff quickly determined the problem and said there was bad news and good news. The bad news was the technology required to recover the information from my hard drive was not completely developed. The good news was that it wold be available in January or February. I left the hard drive with them and in early December received a call informing me that the technology was developed ahead of schedule and that they had recovered 99% of my information. Needless to say, I was very impressed. Jamie, James, and the other staff members that I talked to were very willing to listen to my concerns, address them, and fulfill their promises. Very professional company. I would highly recommend them for any type of computer based problem.

A horrible feeling began to develop in the pit of my stomach as I tried to access my external hard drive and found it unresponsive. None of my files were showing up. Everything I had from the last four years of working in the Philippines was on this drive and the thought of losing all of my data was sickening. Anyone who has had a computer or hard drive fail on them knows that feeling. When I began to search around for local data recovery options, I discovered that it can be a very expensive endeavor trying to get files recovered. But then I came across Accuserv and read some of the testimonials on their website. Their customers had a lot of good things to say about their services and it seemed worth checking out. I gave them a call and talked to a representative on the phone. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, professional yet personable. She outlined how their file recovery process worked and the tiered pricing based on how involved the recovery would be. She was able to give me a quote for their services and that sinking feeling began to fade as the likelihood of recovering my files started to become a reality. Everything sounded great and much more affordable than many of the other options I had seen on the internet. They conveniently had a drop-off site not far from where I live so I didn't even have to drive across town searching for their business. I was impressed with the speed and quality work Accuserv brought to bear on my data recovery. Within a couple days a technician had called me and explained that he was going to be able to recover over 95% of my files without having to pursue any more rigorous and expensive avenues. His taking the time to call me and talk me through what he had done so far and description of the files he had recovered was very appreciated. Within another day or so I was picking up my hard drive. I was so relieved to have my files back. Everything from financial documents, to college courses I had developed for teaching overseas, to pictures from the birth of my son up through his first two birthdays had been lost and now were recovered. The folks at Accuserv did a great affordable job and you can tell that they enjoy what they do to help people who have lost important and valuable digital files. I cannot recommend Accuserv highly enough. Though I've only utilized their data recovery services, because of their professional, knowledgable and very personal efforts into serving their customers, I wouldn't hesitate going to them for any of the other services that they provide.

I dropped my labtop and the computer wouldn't turn on. It seemed obvious to me that something was knocked loose or was unplugged. I took my computer to these people and paid the $75 diagnostic fee. I was told that I would hear back in 2-3 days about what was wrong. After 5 days of not hearing from them, I called and asked what was going on. They hadn't gotten to it yet. 3 days later I called back again and they informed me that my motherboard was bad and needed to be replaced. $325 plus shipping. This seemed very suspect to me, but thought that they are the experts so whatever. They said they would have to order the parts and it would take another week or so. 9 days later I called back to see what was happening since they didn't bother to call me. They said they accidently ordered the wrong parts. They had to re-order, so it was going to be at least another week. At this point I was so irritated and frustrated with their lack of communication and indifference that I told them to just forget about it and told them I would come in to pick up my computer that day. Low and behold when I arrived, they said that the computer was now working. "Something must have been knocked loose when you dropped it". Ya think! Of course they wouldn't let me have my computer without making me pay another $50 for putting it back together. What a joke!

I took my 50 inch flat screen TV to AccuServ on July 31st 2015, the week before, we turned it on and the power came on the no signal lights came on the screen, then it would shut back off. About 10 days after I dropped it off at AccuServ, they called me and said the power supply was bad, that made sense to me, because the picture was beautiful no problems at all until it just wouldnt turn on. The woman on the phone said it would cost 200.00 dollars for the part, so I paid it with a debit card over the phone, I allready paid 75.00 when I took the TV to them to look at, it took a week to get the part and another week to put it in. Accuserv called me again and said there were other things wrong with it and it would cost 600.00 dollars to fix it. I paid 1000.00 dollars 6 years ago brand new, now that TV brand new is the same price as it is to fix the old one, so why would I fix the old one. Accuserv told me they would give my money back on the part,but there was a 40.00 dollar restocking fee,so now i am out 115.00 dollars to find out its not worth fixing,no problem thats their business its how they make money and I know its not worth fixing, gives you piece of mind. Now for over a month I have called problly ten times everytime they tell me its being processed and we will look it up and call you back they have never called me back not once. I am a blue collar worker father of 4 children, I am a very patient man but this has gotten ridiculous, ive had things fixed in a garage behind someones house that is more professional then this buisness, when they answer the phone they say they have been in buisness for 30 years, I am not sure how they made it that long but there is a serious mismanagement problem very unprofessional. If I owed them money this long, pretty sure AccuServ would be prosecuting me by now. It really sucks that no one can be trusted anymore

Terrible company. Lg assigned me them for a repair under warranty. I have been calling them for days, only to be put into voicemail each time They also go by the name "Fairway Repairs" and "Alphatech LLC". They also have 2 different addresses. I would avoid these people as they have an F with the BBB
