We contract our IT to Accellis for an approx.150-person organization. Before working here, any time IT was contracted I felt we received limited services compared to having IT in-house. My experience working with Accellis has changed my mind on that. Our on-site tech, Alex, is super responsive and helpful. Jason at Accellis is available and lends support for anything we need. And our IT services are top-notch compared to similar sized organizations. I highly recommend working with them!

A very technical issue regarding scanning documents from our older printers was diagnosed and remedied by one of Accellis' expert techs. This helped us get back to business in a very timely manner and prevented us from purchasing an alternative machine/s to accomplish our scanning tasks. Hats off to Accellis!
