We used accelevents For our annual fundraiser silent auction last year, and I was unable to bid. This year, I tried to fix the problem, so I can participate. I messaged with the company, and our admin spoke to them multiple times as well. After three days of troubleshooting, I am still unable to bid for the auction tomorrow. Very disappointing. I don’t appreciate the waste of our admin and my time, especially when we both have multiple responsibilities for the event. I am the VP of the organization. And I will be recommending that we find a reliable service, that has competent customer service for next year’s event.

Consolidating our registration and attendee app into the same platform made our event easier to manage and provided cleaner post-event data quickly via the CRM integration. We had a great experience working with Accelevents.

This is the first platform I’ve used that works and is easy to use for the attendees AND the organizer (me)!

We did our user group event on Zoom last year, so this was a huge level up for everyone. Namely the networking options for all of our attendees! The support team was super responsive but we didn’t end up even using them during the event. Thanks Carly and Jeanette! We are going to start running our monthly events on here now too

The Accelevents team was super easy to work with and set up was the simplest I have worked with so far. Our reporting requirements really get into the nitty gritty so we were sold as soon as we saw that analytics dashboard!

I attended an meeting via Accelevents platform with 150 other people on 3 continents and we had to switch to teams. Too cumbersome to use and not working stably. In breakout sessions, some participants had no sound. Can`t recommend.

Impressive video quality. Above everything else: 24 hours technical support who are so very helpful!!! We had an issue where half of our guest could not use chrome. Luckily it was resolved quickly!

By far the standout solution in this fast-growing space. Virtual events are here to stay, and Accelevents is the clear leader.
