I've trying to renew wife'sMichigan SW license since she is not computer savvy. Been about 90 minutes with no luck at all. A marker for a competent program is seamless efficiency. Thus, one star.

I will start this off by saying that their SUPPORT department is excellent (they are the only department that answers their phone- which is a good thing if you already have their software)- Mike's customer service skills are on point. Wasn't happy with the lack of response from the sales people, however, once I spoke to them (took 4 days) they were amazing.

Speechless on their mandatory SAAS move, so many of the previous customised fields are gone because it is at Accelas interest to 'manage'. Think multiple times before commiting to this vendor.

Pure trash! Literally thee worst software I've ever used in my life. So unreliable, so slow, so illogical.

Training for software was great.

Nice place to work!
