Acacia Beachfront Resort - Resort hotel in Wildwood Crest - 9101 Atlantic Ave, USA

Five stars! The service was amazing. The cleanliness is amazing. Overall 5 stars. We stayed here for one night, and planned to stay elsewhere for the rest of our vacation but ran into some troubles there. We returned to the Acacia and they quickly gave us a room. The same one as the original. We stayed on the fourth floor. It is a beautiful view and a short walk to the beach.

Loved the location .easy access to the beach . Very very clean room and spacious.Nice kitchenette ,nice size ,very clean fridge .Up to date furnishings .everything worked . Drains in all sinks and tub in well working order. Ruku on the TV’s we were able to log on to our Netflix and Prime accounts.on location restaurant for breakfast and lunch was very good . My only complaint was the shower pressure or shower head . Over all loved this beach front resort and we will definitely return

Large efficiency rooms with full size fridge, two burner stove top kitchen table . We had two full size beds also large living room area. On the beach block. Free parking for one car. Also has decent outdoor pool and 2 separate grill/ picnic table areas

The room was clean and comfortable. The place is close to the beach and to businesses and restaurants. It quiet and family friendly. The room offers parking for one car. The pool is heated and there are two grill areas to cook and eat. There is enough space to eat outside and lounge. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Terrible Experience – Inflexible and Uncaring||||We had a terrible experience with this hotel. They are completely inflexible and don’t care about their guests. We initially tried to change our dates due to a hurricane that was expected to cause heavy rain and dangerous ocean currents. They refused to accommodate our request. After that, my husband and I decided to ask for one more day to see if the weather would improve. They agreed and offered a good price, but it felt like they were more interested in the extra money than our well-being.||||Then, on the day we were supposed to travel, my daughter developed a fever and tested positive for COVID-19. We immediately contacted the hotel, and they asked us to send the test results, which we did. However, they refused to change our dates or refund our deposit. Their attitude was cold and unhelpful throughout the entire process.||||This place is not worth the risk, especially if you might have to deal with any unexpected situations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Definitely one of the better existing older hotels. Clean and upgraded nicely. Plenty of drawer space for a family. |It is directly on beach with easy access.|Next door hotel has a breakfast/ lunch restaurant.|Parking is adequate.|Friendly staff.|If I could suggest improvements I would be to add room safes and upgrade refrigerators.

The Acacia was very clean, had a friendly staff, and a great location for the beach. Gave it 4/5 because the shower not great— just need to replace the shower head — and the bedroom a little tight with the 2 beds in it. Had to climb to bottom of bed to get out.

Clean, spacious hotel room. Full size fridge, cook top and well stocked cookware and accessories made this hotel a great stay for our family. Close to the beach and a quick drive to Wildwood or Cape May.
