Burritos are good, but the nachos have way too much nacho cheese and the beans are like liquid and have little to no toppings. Everything is overpriced but especially the nachos. They are horrible.
Good cheap college town Mexican food. Burritos are big! I recommend the chicken Colorado, and the al pastor! I get the burrito bowls. Had street tacos here for the first time recently. They were good too!

It’s easy to see why Aca Taco keeps winning BEST OF CHICO status. The food here is authentic, fresh, and flavorful! So good! The burritos are huge, the tacos are filling, and the nachos are loaded. If you like Jamaica, gives theirs a try you won’t be disappointed. Don’t worry if there’s a line when you get there, the service is quick and staff is friendly. If you love Mexican food you’ll definitely love Aca Taco.
As with most locals, I’ve frequented this establishment for some time. After being gone for a couple years, I decided to stop in & order lunch. I was not disappointed. Still that delicious taste that made it a Chico staple for sometime. In the many years my family and I have gone to Aca Taco, we have never had a bad experience. Glad to see it’s just as good now, as it was 10 years ago.
How could I give anything less than 5 stars. I get at least one smile every time I come here. A smile is worth a bunch to me, even though I give them out free.
The Tacos and Burritos live up to their reputation as the best around. A hard place to avoid when going through Chico.
This place is LITERALLY a HOLE in the WALL of a building. So good! Best Carne Asada tacos Iâve had. Delicious moist tender meat with great salsa. And $7 for 4!!!! Highly recommend!
My favorite go to for amazing burritos in Chico. Incredibly friendly family, and I noticed now they are staying open for dinner. I donât know how they do it! They get up at 5 oâclock in the morning very very impressive. I love them!
My wife rates the Quesabirria tacos here as number 1 in Chico ca. We have had them from Sacramento to Redding and no beats them in this category. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The prices are on point. I highly recommend this restaurant. FYI

So glad I found this place! They have a sausage muffin sand and chocolate banana bread ð They brew a local coffee too. Thereâs comfortable indoor seating and well shaded bistro seating outside. Very good customer service. I highly recommend!
