AC Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield - Hotel in Chesterfield - 16461 Wild Horse Creek Rd, USA

I left some expensive items at this property by accident. Called the next day and my request was dismissed. A month went by after consistent calling and complaint filing. Head of property said they will help get to bottom of this only to turn on me and say there is nothing they can do about it. After weeks they finally asked for a description. lol. AC are nice but I never met a more rude staff in my life.

This was a very nice newer location. The rooms were nice and clean. The showers were amazing and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that they did not offer an airport shuttle. Other than that it was an extremely nice hotel and visit.

The AC Hotel is a new property in an area of a bunch of new developments it would seem, including the building next door with the apartments and Ruth Chris steakhouse.||There was adequate and well, lit parking around the property. ||The common areas are quite nice including the lobby, bar and dining area. You can tell the hotel is new throughout the stay. The gym is simple but a decent sized space overlooking I-64 from the 2nd floor||The room was a tad on the small side but still comfortable and efficient use of the space to work and relax. Nice lighting throughout the room from bright lights to small lights next to the bed. The bed and pillows were comfy. The HVAC on the room was odd. The fan was either automatic (adjusting whenever the room was off too much from the temp set) or on full blast. Usually in hotel rooms you can set the fan speed to low, medium or high, but this was just high. It was pretty loud coming from the vent but was more of a white noise, which drowned out most of the noise from I-64 running behind the hotel including the many trucks in the middle of the night.||Lastly, they charged $9 for a continental breakfast, which is a decent price, but for the offerings - I usually can get that for free at a lesser Bonvoy property or at a lounge/club at a Marriott.||Overall, I liked the property and would lean towards coming back when I visit for business again 1-2X a year.

I arrived at 7pm on Sunday and checked out at 5am on Tuesday. Both times, the hotel clerk was asleep in the back office. On Sunday, when I tried to go back behind desk to find someone after waiting for the clerk for 15 minutes, he got a bad attitude. Once he realized I had a conference there with 20 people he suddenly started acting nice. The same thing happened when I checked out, the security guard and the clerk were both asleep. I waited 15 minutes The clerks during normal business hours were very helpful, though.

Definitely recommend! My husband was in town for business. The entire staff was so helpful! Anytime we had questions or needed anything we were met with kindness and willingness to help. One of the brightest staff was Ms. Roe! Absolutely beautiful inside and out! Our room was very clean and we had all we needed.

Room 518 has a lot of traffic noise. Come to think of it, the hvac was noisy, too! Room is sleek, adequate, but unimpressive. |Chesterfield is a nice, upscale area of St. Louis with an assortment of retail. I’m partial to the Hill in St. Louis where there is excellent Italian food and quaint accommodations, just more personality.

When we pulled out sheets down on the first of our 3 night stay to find dirty sheets, dirty without a doubt because we pulled them fitted sheet off to find the same dirty/soil on the mattress pad. While we waited to get our sheets changed, we find our television or remote was not working. The attendant informed us it would be fixed the next morning as even he failed to get it to work. Without transportation in a foreign city on business, a t.v. would have been nice, as I write this following my checkout, still no working t.v. nor the points or any type of compensation on my bill awarded. Would of been a zero star if possible due to several voiced complaints without resolve.

Gorgeous hotel! Stayed here for a wedding i was in town for. My room was spacious and clean, shower was nice and hot. Check in took awhile bc the front desk agent was on the phone for like 10 mins when I came in and there wasn't anyone else around who could check me in. But I know how that can go and I wasn't in a hurry. I do wish there was a little more on the breakfast buffet especially on a weekend, it felt a little sparse for me so I didn't partake. But it's a beautiful hotel and would definitely return!
