This place is the absolute worst. The room was almost $200 and it was MAYBE worth $60 at best. We might as well had stayed at a motel 6. The staff was friendly but the room was absolutely disgusting. I brought a black light with us that lights up urine and blood to make sure we were sleeping on clean sheets. I brought it into the bathroom and the wall by the toilet lit up like a Christmas tree. We could also see the urine on the toilet itself. The shower was covered with soap scum and dirty at the bottom. The floors in the bathroom and room were sticky and dirty. This was the 1st and only time we will be staying at this hotel. We also paid extra for the buffet for 2. We got down there and there was nothing hot but the coffee. All they had was some kind of Italian meat, cereal, nuts, fruits, etc.. and of course, we won't get a refund on that even though we didn't eat anything. They had a menu that we could've ordered from but I wasn't about to pay $12 for a pancake. Especially when there were no sides with it. They need to shut the entire hotel down and do a massive deep clean before they rent out anymore rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could get it negative stars, I would. These pictures don't give this filthy place justice. The 1st picture is of the soap scum on the shower door. The 2nd one is of some of the urine on the wall that my camera would pick up and the 3rd one is of the urine that ran down the wall and onto the base board.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent stay at your hotel. I must say that the experience was far below the expectations I had for your establishment. From the moment I arrived, the customer service I received was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. The staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and dismissive, providing me with a less than warm welcome. Their demeanor and attitude left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, when I entered my room, I was shocked by the state of uncleanliness. The room was clearly not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and debris on the floors and surfaces. The linens also appeared to be less than fresh. This level of disregard for basic housekeeping standards is unacceptable. Adding to my distress, I also experienced an incident of prejudice from one of your staff members. When I attempted to inquire about a service, I was met with a condescending and discriminatory response that made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect a hotel of your caliber to provide a level of service and accommodation that matches its reputation. Unfortunately, my recent stay failed to meet even the most basic of expectations. I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience. I think others should know this information when choosing their hotel .

So the hotel decided to add an extra valet charge on my bill, and also decided to total the three valet charges into the room total when it went through on my account and left the separate valet charges pending, so now I’m charged a total of $348.62 for a room that should have cost a total of $210.06 give or take. Until the charges clear or if they do, I’m missing $100+. On top of that, they charge $32 for valet and still expect you to tip the valet, which I did because there is no telling how much of that $32 makes it to the individual valet workers. Probably none since this is how they run a business. Stay anywhere else, I’d recommend Capital Hotel down the road as their service is way better.

It’s a great stay for anyone staying in Little Rock. I’ve stayed at this location 30+ times over the past 2 years and the service is primarily the reason! The Valet guys, Donnie & Logan, are fantastic and they make arriving & leaving quick and easy…the hotel & rooms are great, comfortable beds, and clean. Staying at the AC in Little Rock overall has been a better experience for me vs staying at the Marriott downtown.

Front desk and valet staff were kind and helpful! Housekeeping was also good; however, my room door was left ajar when I returned from exploring Little Rock on Sat (5/11) night. That was concerning and I’m lucky to have not had anything stolen since this building doesn’t require you to scan your key card to enter or use the elevator. Overall it was a good stay. I recommend the studio room type for people who are traveling alone, not for couples or families.

Room is a modern small size room, but has all the necessities. Wouldn’t recommend for a long term stay or if you have multiple people in a room just because the room is kinda small and better for single travelers. Honestly I’d stay again just for the comfortable bed. Soft sheets, good pillows and a good mattress.

It’s a great spot for a get away! I would say if you have kids stay some other place no pool and more for grownups just my opinion but other than that great spot they was working on the building so they parked for us ! Definitely a plus lol

I enjoyed my stay recently. Room was ok, could habe been a bit cleaner but no serious complaints. The staff were nice and friendly. Gym was decent, breakfast was weird because everything was covered in cling film, but fresh and fly free. I had a room towards the w capitol ave, which was pretty loud at night, especially on the weekend. Would come back if I am in town…

This hotel is world class. Elegant, tasteful décor in the public areas and private rooms. Our room had 12-14 foot ceilings with beautiful drapes, the king bed quite comfortable and plenty of coffee pods. Everything was pristine. The bar & grill had

We have stayed here many times. Staff has always been nice, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast well, what can I say, depends on who mans the kitchen.
