Stayed here for two nights, Check in was a breeze. Given my status, i had already requested late check out and that was accommodated. Hotel is in a great area, lobby is beautiful with full bar. The restaurant could use better ala carte menu for breakfast. The gym is great. Internet was fast, Rooms were big and comfy. Slept well, no noise. easy connectivity by Uber & Lyft. No housekeeping since it was a 2 night stay, Would have liked housekeeping. Would definitely stay here again.

We actually live near this hotel but come|often to have a drink and eat a bite. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. |One of few hotels with really good food. |I like the redfish, braised beef rib on grits, pork “wings” with habanero sauce!|The hamburger is a best seller.|The bartenders always keep the crowd talking and entertained.

A/C Hotel Ridgeland We decided to give this brand a try after staying at the nearby Embassy Suites for over ten years when in town for business and family. The Embassy served us well over the years but had progressively fallen below the Hilton standards the last 5 years. We like the area that both are located in from a safety aspect and the overall atmosphere and convenience of the stores and restaurants nearby. The A/C appears to have a better parking situation with more lighting. We like the decor in the lobby and bar areas. Everything is clean and in much better shape than at the embassy. The only thing the latter has over the A/C is the complimentary breakfast cooked to order breakfast and the managers happy hour. There is complimentary coffee and a paid breakfast option available at the A/C. I only had the coffee both mornings we were there. We will not be going back to the embassy because it is much more pleasant and comfortable here. The service is also very responsive. We asked for extra towels and they were brought up within 10 minutes both times. Try this at the Embassy and you will find yourself going down stairs to get them yourselves, as I have done on many occasions. I give this hotel an 8 out of 10.

We booked a room very last minute due to a nearby flat tire while we were traveling. My wife arrived first and the room wasn’t ready (I had booked online about 20 minutes before she showed up), but they offered her a complimentary drink while she waited, when it took longer than expected they upgraded the room. We spent two unexpected days on our way home from vacation with these fine people and they could not have gone out of their way more for us. Allowed us access to our room way past the late checkout they were gracious enough to extend. The area is nice and walkable, some shops and restaurants close by. But the star of the show was the staff at AC Marriott!

My husband left a review but I feel compelled to tell the staff how much just small kindnesses meant to our whole family. We had a flat tire on our way home from FL to Little Rock on Saturday. Our vehicle had to be towed to the hotel while we waited for a tire shop to open Monday. I got really sick on vacation and looked and felt a hot mess coming into the hotel after driving hours and dealing with everything. India checked me in and she was pretty and charming and helpful. We didn’t get the name of the sweet lady helping us the next day but she also was pretty and helpful and we must have worn her out. The bartender was so personable and helpful as well. So much can be said about making a stay better with just a few niceties. The company fixing our flat tire was not nearly as helpful or kind so it meant so much more that we were taken care of by this kind staff in a way that made our life a little easier during a difficult time. We were so tired and not feeling well and you all just made things so much easier. Thank you!

Such a great new hotel in a great location. Front desk staff, I wish I could remember her name, but she was so nice and welcoming. In fact the entire staff I interacted with was so professional and welcoming. Our room was clean with no issues. |Overall, I highly recommend this location and can’t wait to return! Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful hotel!

I stayed with family at this hotel over the weekend to attend a wedding. I usually am happy with Marriott hotels but not this one. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. I made coffee for myself and the Coffee mate creamers were rotten. I took a shower and almost slipped and fell in the shower. The floor material is very slippery. The next day I put a towel on the floor so that I would not fall. We went down to the lobby for dinner. We ordered hamburgers. I would chew and then spit out the veins that were in the meat. I was totally disgusted and we decided to never get food from there again. I did not complain to the waitress although I wish I did not have to pay for that terrible meal. I hardly ever write negative reviews but I felt obligated to say my truth.

Came here on a business trip and I was thoroughly impressed by the room. However, the only reason I removed a star is because I had no room/turndown service in the time I stayed which I found surprising for a hotel. Not that I desperately need fresh or tidied linens, but it definitely adds to the experience.
